My price was $300 to re do it. The salt that you have out in the foothills is no joke and eats up everything. There's a new product that came out that should last longer but it's very expensive. There was a bit of rain water that could have got on the floor near the door but I doubt it has any salt in it. It's cost us money in taxes over the last few years we should never have had to pay, because the people doing our taxes didn't have the knowledge a trained accountant does.
