Owner's response on his Facebook page:…read more Dustbgone Az Tom I did order the wax and I tried getting ahold of you multiple times and I never heard a response so maybe I wrote down the wrong number. My price was $300 to re do it. The salt that you have out in the foothills is no joke and eats up everything. There's a new product that came out that should last longer but it's very expensive. Just go to United janitorial purchase it and I'll be more than happy to apply it for you. Sorry for the inconvenience. Have a great day! My response: Nope, can't be the salt in the foothills water because I mopped the floor only once with Reverse Osmosis water and nothing else. There was a bit of rain water that could have got on the floor near the door but I doubt it has any salt in it. When I asked you how long the wax would last you told me a couple years then you might have to come out and touch it up. I am glad that Sandra is so happy with your work, I am just pointing out what happened with mine. And I never received any calls to return to redo the floor, and I still have the same number and live in the same house. Keep treating customers like this and you won't be so busy anymore.

Alicia showed up as requested and proceeded to clean our house top to bottom. She wiped all my paneling in all rooms, dusted, mopped and did a excellent job on the bathroom. I can't believe how clean and shiny the tub/shower was done. I highly recommend this company if you want a complete cleaning job done. I have 2 doors front and back, full glass and both were done beautifully Thank you Alicia for a wonderful house cleaning

I would use Shelly's cleaning service again with out question. I have used other cleaning services…read morebefore in the area and none compare to Shelly's. The staff was kind, kept me updated on their progress, and did an immaculate job. I hired them to do a move-out deep clean of two properties and provide them with the move out cleaning list. Shelly's cleaning crew not only tackled the items on the list, but went above and beyond to make sure the house was thoroughly cleaned. I cannot say enough positive things about the experience. If you are looking for a proper and professional cleaning service in Yuma, I would definitely recommend Shelly's.

In August, we received and accepted a quote for new countertops and some floor replacement. Someone…read morecame out and measured for the countertops and floor. Shortly after that we were told the job would be done "before the end of October", then it change to "before Thanksgiving", then to "before Christmas". After I posted a negative review, I received a call that they could start our job next Monday. I don't believe anything they say and I have no faith in their ability to deliver, so I'll get another contractor. I would love to have had the work done in October as originally planned.

When I purchased a new washing machine, it was discovered that the plumbing behind my old machine…read morewas totally corroded. I did not even know this plumbing was behind the machine, and I was totally embarrassed at its condition. I called Area Plumbing and they scheduled me for the next day. As it happened, they had a cancellation on the afternoon that I called, and they came out that afternoon. It was a pleasure to deal with Preston and Jorge. They did beautiful work. Hannah, the receptionist, was also efficient and very courteous. They re-plumbed everything for the washing machine, and also took care of a problem with the shower and two hoses at the water heater. Much has been said about the high prices of Area Plumbing. For the type of work that was done, the amount of time it took, and the materials, I did not regard the price as too high. However, they looked at some other plumbing in my home, told me the price to make repairs, and it seemed high. The other work is not urgent, and I will do some price comparisons before making a decision. They charge a $98.00 evaluation fee, which is non-refundable and which will not be included into your total amount. This is a separate charge. Area Plumbing gained my trust, and so I lean toward using them again.
