I paid a portion by card and the employee placed the rest as cash tender which is false. So the store or employee kept the second device and now it apears on my next bill I will owe for 2 lines plus add ons. Very upset absolute fraud.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced from any business. Hour waits. The supervisor and…read moretellers know that you are at their mercy since you would have to drive a minimum 45 minutes to get to another branch in Yuma. I called corporate and wasn't much they could do. The supervisor on duty condescendingly encouraged the complaint call as she indicated that then she might get more assistance/employees.
