I asked for a commercial policy to add vehicles to it. They wrote one of the vin numbers on a sticky and put it on their desk "Their words" and left it there. No return call. So I called back 2 days later and asked what is going on and what's happening. I told him it's like pulling teeth to get somebody to call me back. They had no idea I called they have no idea where my personal information and Vin number of my vehicles were so apparently it's floating around the office. the business agent never returned my call. They said they would be back on Monday because of the holiday weekend for Thanksgiving. Well now it's December 2 still have not received a phone call. This is not new this is been happening for a while now calling them them not calling back etc. etc.. Either they have people that have no idea what they're doing or are just lazy. Communication is a zero with each other. And if you want to add a policy, add some home insurance some extra insurance they're losing out on a lot of money just in return calls. I'm trying to get everything bundled together Sue, 1 insurance company I do have home insurance. I would like to add an even my wife's car onto our policy to get it together in one payment but it doesn't look like this is going to happen. So needless to say, I'm gonna be moving my policy to a new agent and possibly a new insurance company. I've had this policy for years and I still have not spoken to Wesley McDowell once. The receptionist (sorry I didn't write down your name) at the Foothills location was wonderful. She quickly completed the paperwork to change our deed into the name of our Trust and sent it to the City/County to record. Weeks later we needed a notary and found Rayann at the 16th street location. She was friendly, efficient, thorough and very knowledgeable. There were numerous forms that needed signing, and although she was busy, she didn't make us feel like we were imposing on her. If you ever need a Title Co., we enthusiastically recommend Yuma Chicago Title.
