Back in September, my family went to Jack's in Guin, AL and ordered a simple meal that should have been around $20. Instead, our card was charged over $100. Yes--over a hundred dollars for a $20 meal. Accidents happen, but what's happened after has been unbelievably frustrating. We've done everything we were supposed to do: * Spoke with the manager in person * Called multiple times * Emailed corporate * Filled out and submitted the forms (more than once!) * Even followed up again just to be sure And we have still heard absolutely nothing back. No update, no explanation, no apology, no refund. Just silence. In this economy, $100 is a lot of money--especially for families who eat at Jack's regularly like we do. We've supported this location for years, and to be ignored over something this simple is extremely disappointing.
