Back in September, my family went to Jack's in Guin, AL and ordered a simple meal that should have been around $20. Instead, our card was charged over $100. No update, no explanation, no apology, no refund. Just silence. In this economy, $100 is a lot of money--especially for families who eat at Jack's regularly like we do.
