Same employee went back into bathroom a few minutes later and came back out with dry hands and no soap. my husband used men's restroom and was also disturbed by the condition of the bathroom. Back in September, my family went to Jack's in Guin, AL and ordered a simple meal that should have been around $20. Instead, our card was charged over $100. Yes--over a hundred dollars for a $20 meal. Accidents happen, but what's happened after has been unbelievably frustrating. We've done everything we were supposed to do: * Spoke with the manager in person * Called multiple times * Emailed corporate * Filled out and submitted the forms (more than once!) * Even followed up again just to be sure And we have still heard absolutely nothing back. No update, no explanation, no apology, no refund. Just silence. In this economy, $100 is a lot of money--especially for families who eat at Jack's regularly like we do. We've supported this location for years, and to be ignored over something this simple is extremely disappointing. At this point, I've posted on Facebook and am leaving this review here because I want to be heard. I'm posting on multiple Jack's pages because I want action taken.
