It was not working properly, so my ice maker and frozen foods section stopped freezing. Mr. Boris just happened to have another client's motor in his truck, and he was able to install it into my refrigerator. Lol. The other client was able to wait a bit, so it was fair business. It did take a few hours, if not a whole day for the freezer temperature to go back to normal. I was most happy that my ice maker and water line was working again. Mr. Boris was very knowledgeable in his job. At first when he walked into my house, he seemed hard nose and had a no nonsense attitude... which was fine because he had a busy day, and I expected the work to get done ASAP.
