I got there at 10:40 on a Sunday morning and have never had a problem getting lunch and the girl didn't bother to ask me but in her behalf, she was trying to do the drive-through and take orders and bag food and do the dining register while the manager was outside changing the sign. After about 15 minutes, she called my order which was a breakfast item and I told her it was wrong and then it was another 25 minutes until I got a double cheeseburger and an order of fries and she had already said the fries on the tray so they were lukewarm and then I asked for ketchup and they told me that they were out of ketchup.. when I picked up the tray it was so sticky that I had to go wash my hands and I finally saw a manager come in a little after 11 and I handed her of the tray and she said oh that sticky and I said yes it is and I waited 25 minutes for a double cheeseburger and now they're telling me that they're out of ketchup and she said oh no honey I can get you ketchup and after another 7 to 8 minutes, she brought me little soufflé cups of ketchup and not one word of apology or how can I make this right? read more

Three strikes, you're out! On two occasions I've tried to order a dark meat chicken dinner meal. Both times I was told they were out of dark meat. Today, my husband, my sister and I went inside to try once again. It was lunch time, 12:15pm. The first thing I noticed was that there was very little chicken of any sort in the serving window. I told the cashier that I wanted a 3 pc leg combo. Her response was "we don't have any legs" I told I didn't mind waiting for them to be cooked. Her response was " we're not cooking anymore chicken. The health department is scheduled to come by to inspect us and we don't won't to mess up the kitchen " So we went across the street and enjoyed a delicious, hot, fresh Chinese meal. It was also less expensive, cooked fresh, excellent service! If you're never going to serve an item on the menu, then take it off the menu! I love Jacks, but won't go back to this one. Like I said. This place needs serious management personell changes. The workers are on the clock but are rarely doing any work. Arrived during store hours but could not get food. All the employees were sitting in a side office with loud music and their feet kicked up. One employee actually came to the front countet laughing and saying we not taking no orders and went back to doing absolutely nothing. read more

If I could do a half star I would. Stop there to get my son a tender meal to hold him over till dinner. service in the drive thru was great so when I got to the window I was expecting the food to be at least edible. The burger I order had enough onions for onion soup the both of our fries were cold and mushy. I have a picky 2 year old so he didn't eat any of the fries. (We also found an onion in the fries) He only ate the tenders which tasted like they been sitting for a couple hours but he liked them. Not to mention he left out the BBQ sauce. After he asked 3 times what sauce I wanted. I understand mistakes happen but food quality is something they can control. read more

Today Jack's kicked butt! Laterica, the cashier, was kind and polite and smiling and thorough with our order. And Assistant Manager Steven was running the show up front for the walk in customers. He was attentive to everyone's needs and made sure everyone got everything they ordered quickly. He prevented confusion on a busy breakfast rush morning. The food was hot and delicious. This Jacks was the best customer experience I have had across all restaurants. I was super pleased with the customer service they provided from when we walked in the door to the moment we left I had a smile on my face. I eat at a Jack's often when on the road. Most Jack's are great. This one on 69 South is the exception. They are always busy around the dinner hour and the customer service is always terrible. Employees are in slow motion, orders are missing items, and good luck if you are a walk-in customer ( you will get ignored while the cashier is studying the 15 or so tickets waiting to be filled). No this is not a one time thing. I have tried them at least 6 TIMES! Always the same. NO MORE. read more

I pulled to the drive thru at 5:55 a.m. They apologized and told me they weren't open yet, I asked if they were supposed to open up at 5:00 a.m. like google said, and the girl said yes but we're behind this morning.... I'm sorry how are you behind by a WHOLE HOUR. hours of operation are hours of operation. they need to do a better job teaching their staff what to do, to make sure they are able to open on time. read more

I ordered two Big Jack combos on DoorDash from the Jack's that is less than three miles from my house. I very specifically stated what I wanted on the burgers in special instructions. Both burgers were wet, messy and sloppy with everything on both, including what I asked them to leave off. I ordered from Jack's because we love their fries - but these were flabby and cold. Plus, we paid extra for large drinks and got maybe 6 ounces of drink in a huge cup full of ice. I am acting on my original impulse next time I order burgers, and getting them from American Deli or Hooligan's, where I know they have good big burgers made the right way. read more

I've tried this Jack's on numerous occasions, hoping for better results each time but ending up sorely disappointed. This last time I just left before getting out of my car. IF we stay long enough to order, we rarely get the entire order. I hate it, the food at Jack's is good, location is convenient, but the service leaves much to be desired.
