Had to wait a bit more than usual and I was the only one inside in line but anyway...... I stopped here to get gluten free because I had stopped elsewhere to get a carload of grandchildren and hubby their meals from another place. So I deliberately stopped here for the gluten free bun on my sandwich. Got a combo. They completely left out the bun that I paid extra for!! Guess I should have checked my bag. The girl came out and gave me my food and I asked to make sure if it was all in there. Well it happened again. Went through the drive-thru, ordered meals for four people and came home to find that we were shorted a sandwich, which was going to be my dinner. This also happened about two months ago. I called and got to someone that obtained my info and then told me this would be sent to the local store, so basically nothing. Called store 02264 and spoke to Jacob. Basically, I have to come back for the sandwich or I can come back within two weeks for it. I asked it to be delivered, no they can't do that (then why multiple Chik fil a cars there?). Jacob was very disinterested and started speaking in a monotone voice. I said I would try to come back within two weeks. This is very disappointing, particularly as this previously happened. If I go through the drive thru again, I will check my order prior to leaving the window. The Cow can't be trusted. read more

Placed a mobile order like I have many times before. After 45 minutes and waisting my entire lunchtime waiting I call to inquire. The team member told me they didn't see my order. I informed them that I have the charge appearing on my account and was quickly informed that there was nothing they could do for me and that it will release back to my account after about 24 hours. This is a perfect example of what taking pride in your job looks like. The biggest standouts are what you don't get. You don't have to deal with getting the attention of a brain-dead idiot at the cash register that will be pissed he had to take your order. You don't have to sit long in the drive thru. After getting to the end of the drive thru, someone doesn't throw it out to you and slam the window shut. The staff is always courteous and intelligent. The food is always right and it is even hot!!!! People that are not old enough to have eaten in a fast food restaurant in the 80's will definitely not be ready for this . Full disclosure, I'm not a chicken person. I would rather have a hamburger. But this is the best fast food restaurant by far, and Pride is the main ingredient. I would rather rub my butt with butter and moon a bunch of cannibals than go to one of the neighboring restaurants. Especially the one with the big M. My only complaint would be to the moron that fixed the parking lot so that you can't turn left leaving. read more

Drive through redefined efficiency, chicken and everything else on the menu is top shelf in the fast food space and the employees are always happy friendly and helpful. I said I just want my food because you have served three people behind me first. Fantastic!! O--M--G! Had the Chick-Fil-A DELUXE Sandwich a couple of days ago, and now I am OBSESSED with getting more of it!! Such a HUGE, perfectly breaded and cooked, succulent, moist chicken breast (not pounded flat like so many places today!) and then the lettuce and tomato were SUCH high quality that I can't stop thinking about how superior that sandwich was in every way over everyone else's!! You know how everybody says that what you actually get never looks as good as the advertising photo? This does and THEN SOME!!!! Looked like Two thick slices of really red, vine-ripened tomato, and T--H--E absolute BEST, big dark green leaves of lettuce I've ever seen (NOT iceberg lettuce, either! It's Romaine lettuce!!) This sandwich was 100% perfection!! The ONLY way it could have been better is if I had ordered it with bacon and a sweet BBQ sauce on top, (which is possible!) You can even custom order it like that on their new app, and either walk in to pick up your pre-order or pick it up through the drive-through, and it's already waiting for you!! No long waits!! Service here never fails to be anything but great! Landyn at the front counter is a positively energized associate-me and my partner have had him take our order three times in a row now! Smiles and happy people encompass this staff. Food is also very good and fresh. Now the only thing I'd have to say critically is that today my chicken nuggets were a bit cold (but still tasty lol). The logistics of this restaurant are horrible. You have to completely circle the building to get in the drive thru line. Once in this massive line, you wait. This morning I got in the line at 10:25. By the time I get to the girl taking orders on an iPad, it's 10:35 and she tells me they don't take breakfast orders past 10:30. I voice my displeasure at being in line and all I get is a vapid stare. Which is probably all she is capable of producing. I ask if I can exit the line and she points to a gap in the cones. As I drive away she yells a bubbly "have a nice day!". So not only is their line huge and their service garbage, they got jokes too!! The long lines are for a good product and causes by poor service. Often my visits came with a group after church on Wednesday nights as we dashed in to make it before the nine o'clock close time. The staff was always friendly, the food typical Chick-fil-a deliciousness, and in the winter they have Christmas lights on their landscaping outside that "dances" to a playlist--an effect simultaneously cool and trippy. read more

This place is the best! Their system of routing drive through traffic around and having employees take orders/payment on IPads moves things along as fast as humanly possible. It's truly a well oiled machine when you visit this establishment. There is sometimes a wait for food, simply because of the volume of customer traffic.
