I ordered DoorDash. Orders a large drink. They barely filled my shi with lemonade and gave me like 80% ice and my cup wasn't even filled

Service wast quick and excellent. Brandi, opened a register for us and was smiley and polite. After I paid, I started to walk away and left my cup. Brandi didn't let me get far before telling me that the cup was mine. Thanks! Ambiance, good. Visually, it was clean and the lighting was good, not too bright, not too dim. Lots of interesting decor on the walls. Music was not on, so that was weird. The food was DELISH! Hot food nice and hot,, cole (slaw) food nice and cold. I got my chicken fingers doused in hot honey mustard at no extra charge. I highly recommend getting your favorite Signature sauce on your fingerz. Parking lot was unusually dark and some trash therein. But my overall experience was superb so I didn't take off a star for these 2 exterior issues. I recommend this Zaxbys for all your tasty chicken needs and we will be back too. read more

5 stars go to Latonya's friendliness! She was so nice. The drive through line was out into the street and they were super busy but she kept a calm, collected attitude with a smile which was impressive. The food gets 3.5 stars.. just not as fresh as some of the other Zaxbys locations I've been to. The fries weren't very hot. I would still come back though! They are following COVID guidelines with social distancing and offering hand sanitizer. You enter through the left door and exit from the right door. read more

Food was nasty, lines are always ridiculous, and a roach was crawling on the wall as I dined in

I don't typically file complaints but this is the third time over the span of roughly three months that this has happened. We arrived in the drive thru line roughly around 9:15pm. Placed our order and then waited. Once we got to the window we were asked to please pull into a parking spot because of our large order. We ordered 2 kids meals and 3 adult meals, definitely NOT a large order. We waiting in the parking spot for over 15 mins, at this time we had waited over 30 mins. I went inside to see how much longer and was told they aren't sure but they're working on it. I asked what was taking so long and they said it was because we ordered chicken tenders. That's what your company is known for, that's pretty much all you have on your menu! I asked the lady what the five orders were behind me that had gotten their food since we left and she said chicken tenders. That when I was furious. So people behind us, who ordered the EXACT same thing as us got their food but we didn't? When I asked her this she said, "I'm not sure what to tell you other than you ordered too much and they didn't." I was still waiting another 2-3 mins when someone from the kitchen yelled out to me that my order would be ready in 6 mins because they just dropped our order into the basket. Confused, I asked if she would repeat herself because I knew I had to of heard her incorrectly. Nope, she repeated herself and they had just dropped our food in the fryer. I asked her why my food wasn't put on to cook once we placed the order, or once we were told to wait in a parking spot or heck, even when I first came in and I was once again told, I don't know what to tell you ma'am. At this point we had been waiting for over 40 mins and were told to wait another 6. NO WAY!!! I asked for a refund and left. It is beyond ridiculous for any of it to have taken this long or for it to have gone down this way. Our original receipt number was 4869 and our refunded receipt was 2693. We were at the location on Courtney Drive in Tuscaloosa, AL. read more

Meh. The husband is usually the one who does the chicken finger run (low carb diet and these are supposedly lower-carb than Chick-fil-A), but I was by myself yesterday. The drive-thru was quick but charmless, and she handed me my bag, debit card, and receipt all back at once and all but slammed the window. A request for ranch yielded an initial "What?" followed by handing me exactly ONE packet. Even though I had ordered a 10 piece, and there were only 2 Zax sauces (which I don't like) in the bag. I didn't realize they needed to be so stingy... The chicken itself was fine, hot and crispy. However, having confirmed once again that Zaxby's gives me indigestion, I'll probably take a pass for a while. read more

Got the snack plate while driving through for work yesterday. Definitely not the best Zaxby's in Tuscaloosa. My chicken strips were cold for some reason even though I ordered lunch at about 10:45 in the morning. Fries were also skimped on in my opinion. I love Zaxby's, but next time I get a craving in the Tuscaloosa area I'll probably go back to the Northport one on McFarland. read more

For my last three visits (at nighttime), they have left something off or have given me entirely different food. The first time they left out my 20 piece wings, told me to come back, and just took a loss after waiting for nearly an hour (and not being able to get anyone on the phone). The second time, I had to wait twenty minutes for cookies and they didn't even have any (after being told that they had enough of the kind I wanted. The third visit, I had to wait for my cookies again after they had been left out, and then after returning home, I found out that they gave my mom and me the wrong food. Next time, I think I'll just travel out of my way to Northport to visit that Zaxby's location. read more

The fast food was as expected no real surprises there. However, the cashier, Morgan H. #169 (5/4/2017), was so rude. She had a "stank" attitude and had her lip curled up at me the entire time she took my order. Then rolled her eyes at me while handing me my receipt with a limp wrist and a nasty look on her face. well as chicken places go-zaxbys is only average pretty much like most of the others. my wife stopped by to pick up supper for us last night. the food was fine- did not have an issue with it. however, when she asked for an extra sauce, she was told she would have to pay for it. which is also not a problem. except for the fact that the 2 customers prior to her asked for extra sauce and were handed a hand full and were not asked to pay for it. guess it had something to do with the 2 prior customers being black and my wife was not. just a little racist jab there zaxbys?? read more

I recently visited Zaxby's on Courtney Drive and I must say it's really hard to eat a salad with no utensils or salad dressing. Call and spoke to someone and they said they will give me 10% off my next zalad when I come back! What a treat to get .79 cents off for my inconvenience today. This was my first time dining here and I was please with my salad over how they spell" zalad". I ordered "The Blue" which had mixed greens,red cabbage,carrots,Roma tomatoes,blue cheese crumbles,fried onions and blackened chicken with Texas toast. This zaxby's unfortunately does not adhere to face covering ordinance. My wife and I showed up to the drive through and three or four employees all had their face coverings down on their chin when they both walked out of the building and when they walked back in. This tells me they also do not properly wear these masks when they are inside preparing your food. They clearly are not taking this pandemic seriously, and should be avoided at all costs if you do not wish to get sick. read more

We went to Zaxby's on the way home from a road trip. I have heard it's essentially canes and well it is. In my personal opinion canes has the better sauce out of the two. The chicken is what you expect but the fries are better thanks to some seasoning they put on them. All in all if you want fried chicken with a mayo based sauce this is your place. read more

Went to zaxbys yesterday (march 14) and they forgot a meal. Went back through drive through to receive it and no one was rude all was well. Went again today because Wendy's was packed and they forgot the same meal, again. We went back through the drivethru and they were extremely rude. They also gave my diabetic sister a coke instead of a Diet Coke so we asked for a new one and the lady said "well I gave you all four so..." we showed them the drink and she took it and poured it out in front of us and said "I'll refill it" VERY rudely. The overall experience was bad. The syrup in our drink is bad and the food was bad. Not planning on going back anytime soon. read more

The food was good as usual, but the staff needs to training on how to be more courteous towards customers. I had to wait too long for someone to care enough to ask for their help. All I wanted was a refill, and since they didn't bother to restock out front, I had to ask them. One employee was more concerned with getting the latest gossip from her friend instead of taking orders, and the other employee ignored everyone all together. Even after making eye contact with both of them, they still walked away. It was only after asking the ONE employee out front working did I get my refill. Even the manager was too busy for me. And to make matters worse, one of the employees wanted to start an argument with me instead of going about her business. I understand the stress of working in the public eye, but please have some courtesy and down right manners!!!! read more

Chicken and French fries both tasted like they were cooked using old grease. The only trash can that was usable was in the middle of the waiting area and overflowing. It would have been funny if it wasn't just downright embarrassing. Next time I want Zaxby's, I'll drive a little further to the one in Northport. read more
