Horrible horrible horrible costumer service. For one my car got towed because of me parking in a parking lot I had no idea I couldn't park in. I call the company because this is who the people are partnered with. The lady told me they don't have my car and gives me another number to call. I call the other number and they tell me jacks does have my car. I have to call back 5 times before I get an answer. The lady has an attitude for no apparent reason like her car is the one that got towed and she's missing work because of it. They filed my car under the wrong model which is why she thought they didn't have it and she got snappy again when I told her they wrote the model in incorrect. read more

Tow without warning. Just a bs company. Info on file with apartment complex but still tows with no information left behind for owner of vehicle. Even with complex calling to explain the situation, no reimbursement or solution to the issue. Just pure sh*t. read more

Worse customer service ever. I wish I could give negative stars. My uncle recently got into a car accident and I had to come here to get his car. The lady on the phone (the only one there) was the rudest person I've ever met. She gives EVERYONE an attitude. My car started having issues today and I needed a tow. I called Jack's Towing and provided my phone number. I was told that a driver would be contacting me and that was at 1:50pm. Let just say its 5pm and I have yet to receive a call. Thankfully I was able to contact another company so I would have to be out in the 96 degree heat. read more

Had to come here to pick up my car because I was out to sea and my tags expired before I returned. Sat outside for 2 hours, watched one of the office workers get food from his family in a van, was told tow truck driver was the only person allowed to open gate. Tow truck driver was very friendly and everything but, the office worker, whose main job was to answer phone calls, and receive food was such a miserable person, horrible attitude and just made me feel so much pity for the tow truck driver. This is paper pushing guy that drives a nice car with nice rims and feeds his face all day puts in bear minimum work, with a horrible attitude will never make it to the standards his car holds (lavish standard) while the other guy is putting in work driving the tow truck,towing cars and has a great attitude got chips in a plastic bowl... Honestly the tow truck driver needed to tow his partners crusty white van before the door falls closing it. Safety precautions is all. read more

These people are a bunch of idiots! I've gone 32 years without ever liking or disliking something enough to write a review until now! These dumbass people towed me with a valid parking pass sitting on my dashboard! I work for a business that is provided with a parking pass for a parking lot these fools patrol and my car was towed because they said my pass wasn't the right shade of yellow which is bs. I had to pay for a cab to get there which they wouldn't reimburse as expected but when I get there the owner jack I'm guessing was a complete hillbilly piece of white thrash that admitted to wrongfully towing my car but wouldn't let me take my car from the lot until I paid the 135 fee and told me to take it up with the property owner. Douche bag! I've been parking there for 3 months no problem by the way with the same pass. read more

Not only is the customer service awful, but they damage your car while towing it and claim it wasn't their fault. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Firstly, my friend visited my apartment complex on several occasions and not once got towed. Tonight she was there for less than 30 mins before a truck towed her car. We called 3 times before getting an answer on the location of her vehicle. Got to the place and had to wait for the truck to arrive. While we waited, I looked up norfolk state law (on various websites, all of which said the same thing) and it stated that the towing company is required to give 4x the amount charged to owner if... A copy of the authorization allowing the company to take said vehicle UPON REQUEST. CLEAR PHOTO PROOF of the violation before towing the vehicle. A notice on the car from the property warning the owner of the vehicle to move the car 96 HOURS PRIOR TO TOWING etc. None of these were given. And she has that right. So I will be complaining to my property manager about all of this in the morning. Oh, let's not forget to mention that the receipt had *method of payment Visa credit card * WITH A CREDIT CARD NUMBER WRITTEN THERE AS WELL, when I and another friend of ours witnessed her pay IN CASH. If their supervisor does nothing about this clear incompetence and FRAUD, we will be filing a police report. Not to mention, the man that handled this business had the nastiest attitude when I asked for the information and toward my friend as I tried explaining to him that I wasn't blaming him for doing his job. He wasn't trying to hear me, so I HAD TIME TODAY to get my point across. I doubt they expect people, especially women, to know their rights on certain topics. Walked out to my jeep in the morning to find a bright green sticker threatening to tow me if my tags weren't updated. My tags were purchased and placed October 16th last year. No name of company listed had to go to the rental office to find out which company they used. After getting the number and calling the woman i spoke too was incredibly rude told her I would get in contact with my lawyer to which she said "go ahead we work with the Virginia Beach police department" threatening me. This is the shadiest business i have ever spoken too they literally need to be shut down with their 13 complaints and a rating of F on the BBB. read more

I called them to come and tow my car to the a certain location after it had gotten some water damage. They told me that it would be about an hour wait until they could come and get my car. After about an hour and a half I called to see what was the status of the driver and the lady told me he had one more pick up ands that I was next. Two hours later I call again to check and see what the status was just so the lady can tell me that the drive tired contacting and was unable to so went on with his next pick up! No one had even called my phone once! Then they tell me the next driver won't be available for another 3 hours. This was the first and last time I will never deal with Jacks towing! read more
