5+ STARS - If I Could Give 6, I Would…read more I want to take a moment to publicly thank Quality Towing & Recovery for their outstanding professionalism, compassion, and genuine heart. From the very first phone call, the owner was warm, respectful, and welcoming. There was no attitude, no frustration--just patience and understanding. I explained my situation: my daughter's car had broken down on the side of the highway, and law enforcement required it to be towed for safety reasons. Due to circumstances, the vehicle remained in storage for a period of time, and the storage fees had grown significantly. When I called and humbly asked if they could show mercy or work with my daughter--who is a 20-year-old college student, working hard and doing the best she can in a very challenging world--the response I received was nothing short of grace. Without hesitation, the owner said, "Just give me a little of the money and come get the vehicle. No problem." That moment spoke volumes. This company operates with integrity, compassion, and humanity--qualities you don't always find in business today. They showed that they value people more than profit, and that kind of character deserves to be recognized and celebrated. I also want to give special recognition to the lady in the office who answers the phone--any time of day. She is absolutely amazing: professional, kind, and patient. Her customer service reflects the same heart and excellence as the owner. If you ever need towing, recovery, or roadside assistance, I strongly and confidently recommend Quality Towing & Recovery. Please take my word for it. I am a pastor in Chesapeake, Virginia, and I stand on truth. This is an honest company with genuine hearts, and I am truly grateful for the compassion they showed my family. Business Information: 2000 Laigh Rd, Portsmouth, VA 23701 (757) 237-5050 http://www.qualitytowingva.com Thank you again, Quality Towing & Recovery. Your kindness will never be forgotten. -- A grateful father & pastor

While loading it into my car, the diaper bag went in, and I fought the case of diapers and the stroller; as I was doing so I tried to use the auto start on my car to start cooling due to the increase in temperature and having my son. It failed to start, but I won the fight and shut the trunk of my suv. Well the failed auto start made the car lock itself and my keys were inside the trunk. Luckily I was able to call the guys at Quality Towing and it took roughly 30 minutes for them to come rescue my (almost) 15 month old and I. I recommend their fast and efficient service to anyone needing assistance!

I have 3 older cars, so I been towed around the block a few times. Eric was the most courteous, reassuring and well mannered person in general, not to mention the best tow truck driver I have ever spoken to. Needing a tow is not a great experience, but Eric made it a easy one if not a great one. Super professional and I just advised the address of my mechanic, he took it the next step and filled in the ticket and dropped my keys in the lock box for me! I was like, just leave them in the car and leave it unlocked. Excellent Eric was having none of that, made sure my car was safe, and left my info on the ticket for my mechanic. I see so little amazing customer service these days, Eric going miles out of his way to take care of me, just blew me away. I can't recommend this company and Eric highly enough. Thank you so much Eric for making a usually bad experience (being towed) an amazing customer experience. Tim
