Some of the people who work here are super friendly and helpful. Some are not. At the end of the day, it's a Walgreens. There's a drive-thru, which is nice. Sometimes it moves quickly, sometimes it doesn't. Also, the parking lot is a nightmare to get in and out of unless you're traveling west on Appleway. Otherwise it's a headache.

When I walked in, I headed to the photo department and quickly and easily picked up my photo. While walking out, I took a quick look around and saw they had Snoop Dog wine. I thought that was pretty cool and surprised to see it. I think I'll go back to pick up a bottle as a novelty.

I was told that updating or ensuring the correct prescription is filled is solely my mother's responsibility. I find that response unacceptable. Medication management for elderly patients is already complex. Continuing to fill an outdated prescription after a new dosage has been prescribed creates a significant and unnecessary safety risk. This is not a minor administrative oversight, as it has direct health consequences. When we previously used Rite Aid, prescription updates were consistently reflected in their system when a physician submitted a change. I am deeply concerned that Walgreens' current practice may place not only my mother, but also other elderly patients, at risk. Patient safety must be the priority.
