On July 20, my dad took his dog, Bogey, to JB's for an overnight stay...to be groomed on the 21st. When it got to be 4pm on the 21st and my dad hadn't received a phone call that Bogey was ready, dad called and learned something HORRIBLE. After grooming Bogey, they took him outside to go to the bathroom. "Outside" consists of a fenced-in, concrete area in full sun. NO SHADE. NO WATER. The handler who took Bogey outside left him there and came back in, claiming to tell another employee that he was out there and to keep an eye on him. A full 45 minutes later, they realized that Bogey was still outside. They brought him in and tried to cool him down. Dad was told all of this when he made the call at 4pm. They asked him to wait an hour before picking Bogey up. Dad said no and started to head over. They called back and said they were taking Bogey to the vet. Dad met up with Bogey at the vet's...who suggested Dad take him to OSU Vet Center in Dublin. Dad immediately did. They put Bogey on IVs and took many other measures to save his life. On the morning of July 23rd, vets at OSU informed Dad that Bogey's kidneys were failing and he was going into renal failure. There was nothing more they could do for him. Dad gave the vets the okay to have Bogey put to sleep.

After showing a staff member I'm pretty sure she had no idea about this specific fish and its deformity. And after we proceeded to the checkout counter she told us we could instead adopt it (take it for free) despite the fish being displayed at full price previously. Firstly I want to thank the worker because her offer showed that she cared for the needs of disabled animals. But secondly I wish the workers had more care for their animals, like atleast knowing they exist instead of just marking them at whatever price they're told, sitting them on the shelf and never giving a second glance. The manager on duty at that time was very helpful and had no issue applying the discount; she simply adjusted the price by removing a dollar amount. I bought a few different flavors since I wasn't sure which my cat would prefer. Once I realized he didn't like one of them, I returned the very next day to exchange just that flavor for another, the exact same product line, just a different variety. Unfortunately, the helpful manager from the day before was not working. I explained the situation and showed my receipt, but the associate told me I would have to pay full price for the replacement, which made no sense. They then called a manager, who repeated the same thing, that they couldn't honor a discount another manager had already applied, even with clear proof on my receipt. They insisted I show the online deal again, which should not have been necessary, since it had already been verified and honored the day before. They refused to work with me and ultimately chose to inconvenience me over a simple flavor exchange. This is my closest location, but after this experience I will be avoiding it. I went to the Sawmill location immediately afterward, and they resolved everything without hesitation. They were shocked that the Plain City location would not assist me.

Maybe it's super useful for farmers. I've been to several, and always been disappointed. If I'm working on a house or car project and can't find what I need, sometimes people direct me to TSC. And they never have what I need. This time I went looking for salt for the driveway, and they were out (just like everyone else.) They did point me toward a couple of options, and I have to say the service is always good. My issue, I guess, is with what they carry. It's a very limited selection, almost always more expensive than what you can get practically next door (in this case at Lowe's, or a bit further afield at Home Depot and Walmart.) They don't have the useful bits you would think they do for hardcore projects. Every time I get their ad I get excited, then look at the prices and am disappointed.

I recently stopped shopping here…read more My vacation was disrupted for over an hour overlapping two days over the need to cancel / reschedule an appointment that was to occur over my vacation time... an appointment that I had canceled / rescheduled before leaving town but had not been fully addressed by Mutts & Co Grooming. I was told that even though I had grooming appointments booked for the remainder of the year that my July appointment could not be booked because I did not have a method of payment stored within their new online booking portal. Storing a form of payment on an online booking portal is not something I would ever do and did not appreciate the effort that Mutts & Co put into trying to convince me otherwise during my vacation. I was away for five days. I was interrupted during two days of my vacation over this matter. The unfortunate part of this story is that Savanah is amazing at grooming my fur babies; however, I will not place a method of payment within their online portal. I now need to make alternative arrangements for grooming which is not at all appreciated. Life is busy enough without arbitrary and unplanned side quests. Mutts & Co does offer a variety of healthy products for cats and dogs. They are good about assisting you to the car with large orders or even assisting with curbside pick up. However, all of the products that they carry can be gotten through online retailers. My only other complaint is that they continually store the shopping carts on one side of the store and shopping baskets on the other side of the store. Their shopping carts require the use of a shopping basket too as items fall through the shopping cart when used alone. Disabled persons have a hard time traveling to each side of the store to collect a shopping basket and shopping cart. I would point this out each time and would return to the same set up the next trip.
