How about actually asking your patients about their dental hygiene habits instead of jumping to conclusions? And to make things even worse, at the end of the appointment, she flossed my teeth so aggressively that literally every single tooth hurt. I've been flossing every day, and I've never experienced anything like that. Flossing shouldn't be that painful. Her technique felt unnecessarily rough and careless. Making random assumptions doesn't help you understand your patients or figure out what's actually going on. And being that rough with someone's teeth is just unacceptable. I'm extremely disappointed.
