We took our vehicle in on a complimentary service coupon to Jackie Cooper BMW, I was advised that my car might have to stay over night. I had to text to get any information, the next day when I contacted them again at 4 PM, we were advised they had still not fixed the noise we had reported. I was NEVER advised of my car's progress unless I called or texted. We then told them we were coming for the car! Only then, they advised us, it was not yet ready! Unbelievable! They refused to provide a car for our use because of the coupon and meant to keep our car for THREE days and we were NEVER given any unasked for updates, major ANNOYING. If I was able to give lower than a one star rating, I would. Then the complimentary service was OVER $600 for basically an oil change. Executive service, sheesh! read more

Customer service stops at purchase Initial visit to dealership was pleasant as I spoke with different salesmen to acquire information on vehicle purchase. Unsure of decision on purchase I gave deposit to hold until return. Dealership then called offering to deliver vehicle as I live 2 hours away. Still very accommodating they negotiated on price and delivered vehicle the next day. This is where customer service stopped... I did NOT receive a second key for vehicle as promised even after multiple requests. A simple copy of the contract for purchase fell to the same fate. Phone calls for assistance were not returned. I would NOT return to this dealership again. read more

I wanted a MINI Cooper Countryman S All4 with all the options. Without a MINI Dealer in Tulsa, I worked with Becky To Borron & Traci Sellers at Jackie Cooper MINI of Edmond. They did an excellent job of understanding my requirements and helped me find a car with the exact specifications I had given. They worked to get my financing approved, get the car reserved, and provided transportation from the other dealer in Pennsylvania to the Norman location. Despite several unexpected twists and turns, they were there to get the car I wanted to me as soon as they could. They delivered the car to me, and even provided OEM all weather floormats as a bonus. They did an excellent job and I will work with them again when the time comes for my next MINI!! read more

I would give a 0 star if possible, bought a 2018 BMW 530i here, and was told by the sales person that it will come with 2 keys, and it has a battery malfunction that I had to bring it into a local BMW on my own when I get the car because she said she doesn't have parts for it. After I paid for the car in full and have the car delivered all the way to California, it only came with 1 key. I called the sales person right away, she said she's no longer with the company and wanted me to call their used car manager Bob Stockton to request for it (Took me a week to have them reply), but he told me nothing on the contract said they owe me a 2nd key, so he wants me to pay for it, bunch of liars there. Well, lesson learned for me, make sure if the sales person say they going to get you something, it is on the contract you sign, also, never deal with this Jackie Cooper anymore, very horrible experience. read more

This dealership does not genuinely care about you. I went to purchase a specific vehicle from them. I was told they would pick me up from the airport. I flew 2,246 miles to purchase this car. Only to arrive in OKC and be told they were no longer going to deal the deal. This was told to me by phone. They didn't even have the decency to pick me up from the airport and tell me to my face. Insulting, disrespectful and flat out rude! I'm from the south and we have manners. Out of respect for my time and flying across the country to do business with you, the least you could do is drive me to your office and give me a bottle of water. Nichole L. Outlaw read more

I have some small damage to my BMw and called the dealership to get some information about getting an estimate. They said I had to have an appointment and asked several questions about the damage. I gave them a complete overview of what was wrong with the car. After arriving at the dealership they quickly told me they don't do bodywork and rushed me out the door. I understand that they don't offer that service, but I would have appreciated them telling me in advance over the phone rather than set me an appointment; I gave them extensive information about the vehicle over the phone and they were more than capable of telling me not to come in. I had to take off work and drive 40 minutes. I always took my car to the bmw dealership when I lived in Dallas and got exceptional service there. Unfortunately, Edmond's service doesn't compare. I won't be coming back here. read more

Don't buy tires here! I made a appointment several days in advance Showed up at 8am sat. morning and was first inline. Decided on a set of tires for my BMW 1 1/2 hour later I was informed they didn't have my tires in-stock Waste of my time! Also they tried to charge me more $$$$ for the tires than the price advertise on their website. And tried to add a additional $ 100.00 for tire alignment than advertised. DO YOUR RESEARCH first before using these guys. WASTE OF TIME! read more

Horrible experience. My salesman was the nicest person in the world until we started talking purchase agreements. Then he became rude and acted like I was doing him a favor buying a car from their dealership. I was not treated with respect, was given the run around, was lied to about when I could pick up the vehicle after they had received my loan information and were already getting my money. I was not called back quickly and Joe could have cared less if I got my new vehicle promptly. I canceled the deal and did not purchase from them and will never go back there for any reason. read more

We were at the dealership for almost 8 hours the day we signed our lease as they stall and essentially try to wear you down so you will stop wanting to negotiate and just sign papers. Trap tactics used to extract money out of lease customers. We had a 30,000 miles lease on an X3. We were forced to replace all four tires before turning the car back in and at that point in the lease, they have all the leverage and there is no way to negotiate. Inspector told me "People typically replace the tires on their car every 2 years". Are you kidding me? Cost me $1,200 that we were not planning on having to pay. If you plan on leasing, negotiate price way down and assume they will force you to replace all the tires upon turn-in. Better yet, find another car dealer to work with. read more

This one's tough, because I've been a BMW owner three-times over and my family's history with the brand goes back to the 1960's. What a shame to receive the type of treatment from Jackie Cooper in OKC that would lead a BMW loyalist to abandon the brand entirely due to dysfunctional dealerships like Cooper, which have no central oversight from BMW NA, and provided the worst Client service I've experienced this side (South, by the way) of the Mason Dixon. Takeaways -- from my specific experience: Cooper's ethics are shattered at best. They -- GM Richard Vairo or Service Manager John Hogland -- refuse to provide 1.) proof of work, 2.) a reason why their "service" dept failed to perform the exact repair requested, 3.) any semblance of an explanation as to why their failure to perform the repair requested led directly to the car having to be immediately taken to another BMW dealership near Dallas, which found the initial failed part to be the part in need or repair, or 4.) the basis of Cooper GM's statement that "the matter is now considered closed." Details -- of my specific experience: X5 w/ 82K miles was taken to Cooper by our family mechanic because it needed its VALVE COVER REPLACED. Our mechanic is an aerospace engineer, but this really wasn't rocket science. Instead of reading the same codes that my mechanic read, which were the same codes read by Penn Automotive (minor vacuum leak), and performing the repairs ordered, Cooper decided to replace a single oxygen sensor and make a couple of unrelated repairs. At a cost of -- NO JOKE -- $3,718.44. Of which $2799.50 was labor, meaning mostly profit. But THEY DID NOT REPLACE THE VALVE COVER. And the Service Manager, John Hogland, straight up lied to me about the repairs and services performed, saying the vehicle was test-driven twice, 12 miles each time, to ensure the repairs were performed fully. But... Miles in = 81966 / Miles out = 81966. That math didn't get Mr. Hogland a degree in engineering, I surmise. Less than 100 miles into my trip back to Dallas, the Check Engine Light came back on. SPOILER ALERT: Classic BMW in Plano immediately diagnosed the problem as a Valve Cover vacuum leak, and charged over $1900.00 to REPLACE THE VALVE COVER. "Less than honest" is the most gracious phrase I can muster to describe GM Richard Vairo and his "service" department led by Mr. Hogland. Between the work performed (which Classic BMW called "incompetent") and the work not performed, despite specifically ordered, I was taken for quite the unpleasant ride by Jackie Cooper. BMW North America apologized for, but has yet to remedy, Cooper's service that is admittedly "below BMW standards... unacceptable... and a failure in every way." Warning: with Jackie Cooper, your mileage may vary. read more

First of all Let me tell you our salesman was nice, but the Internet Manager Bryan was a piece of garbage. There is no loyalty just a bunch of salespeople dressed up acting like professional salespeople. I've dealt with several high end brand dealers in Edmond over the years. As far as dealers go, this has to be the absolute worst experience! Any time you go there, you are likely to have a long wait as they only have one or two service people at the desk! Don't even bother calling in the hope that you can be put through to an advisor. The receptionist will tell you that an advisor will call you back, but they won't. That is the good part, now for the bad part! I was told my X5 needed both high and low pressure fuel pumps at $1900, then when the car was still not running correctly, I was told it needed plugs and coils at another $1400! With modern cars and the onboard diagnostics, they should be able to pinpoint whether it is a fuel or an electrical problem, not just keep changing parts till they fix it. I'd suggest avoiding them at all costs! I finally had enough of the shabby poor service, and took the car to Metric Motors on Broadway, what a difference, they had the car up and running beautifully the same day I dropped it off, at 25% of Jackie Coopers cost. I wouldn't buy a car, and certainly wouldn't take my BMW back to Jackie Cooper if they were the only BMW dealer within a 1000 mile radius. read more

WHY I DON"T GO TO THE DEALERSHIP. Went in to have airbag recall done. Asked them to look at leak from gas tank when 3/4 full. They said work done. Also said I needed new gasket on oil pan, a few hundred dollars and dust bushings on steering. Drove out of dealership and went to gas station. filling up gas poured all over floor again. Took it to my mechanic and he said they had not opened inspection plate under rear seat or dropped tank. Problem was a connection between pump and tank. Oil seal was a loose connector. Oil was a small rubber pipe leaking, no charge. NOT gasket. read more

My experience with the customer service at this dealership has been so consistently bad that I finally traded my car for a Mercedes! I will skip the complete electronic failure on the car that occurred 3 weeks after I bought the car from the dealership. Luckily, it happened while i was in Louisville, KY and that dealership took care of me. Here are my other examples of poor service specific to this dealership: - In June 2014, I received a letter that a part on my car had been recalled. However, they were out of parts and they would send me a letter when they had the part in stock. - In February 2015, I finally got the letter saying the part was in stock (yes, over 6 months later!). So, i called to schedule the fix along with an oil change. - The woman I spoke with told me it would take about 2 hours, so I decided I would just wait on it (vs. get a loaner). So, I rearranged my AM scheduled on the day of my service and I showed up promptly at 9am for my appointment. - When I got there, I was told by the service person (Michael) that this was an 8 hour job and that I could not possibly wait that long. Unfortunately, there were no loaner cars available, so I would have to wait another week when the next available date would be. - The following week, I called earlier than my appointment time and asked if it would be okay to drop my car off early because I had a doctors appointment. Once again, the woman at the service center said it would be fine and they would pull my loaner car around. - It took my 30 minutes to get there, where i was then told that they gave that loaner car to someone else and that they had not prepared a new loaner car for me. - At this point, i was running late for my drs appt. so, i was told that I could take another car - if I was willing to take it before it had been cleaned. - Because i was running late and i thought i would only have it a few hours, i accepted this. The car was filthy! - Turns out, my "8 hour" car service took over a week!! And, to this day, no one has explained why. Everytime I called them to check on my car, i was told it would be ready the following day. - But, that is not the worst of it! I had my car for ~ 4 hours when it started to shake violently and the check engine light came on. Of course, i had to take it back to them and I was told it was merely a "coincidence" that this happened right after they had my car for 1 week. It was simply wear and tear on the engine and would cost me $1500 to fix! I paid the money b/c I needed my car fixed and felt, from that moment, that Jackie Cooper service center is completely shady. Fast forward to August 2015 and I want to get my oil and tires changed. I was told that something was wrong with the engine and they needed to check it out. But, of course, it would cost $120 for them to look at it. The ultimate issue was when I went to the desk to get my loaner car, I was told I would have to pay $280 fee for returning the last loaner car dirty!! Yes, people, $280! The car was provided to me dirty and then they want to pass along a RIDICULOUS fee to me. That is when I walked out, drove to Mercedes Benz of OKC, met Dale, and traded my 3 series for a C250. Never been happier. Good riddance and buyer beware for this dealership!! read more

I hate owning a BMW, but seeing as my BMW broke down while driving from Texas to Nebraska in the middle of nowhere Oklahoma, I had to get it fixed and fixed fast. I had it towed 132 miles to Jackie Cooper BMW and appreciate them prioritizing the fix and getting it all done within a day. I also thought it was very kind to loan a car while waiting since I was not from the area to go ahead and get things done while waiting for my car to get fixed. read more

They're fairly descent, I moved her from TX and initially they didn't want to service my 740Li or X5 4.8, but they warmed up to me. The last time I went in for service on my convertible top, I paid the fee to find what the issue what. Apparently my convertible has frayed wires, causing it to not retract. They wanted $350 for the REPAIR, not the REPLACEMENT of the wires. I kindly declined service, knowing I could fix them myself or take them to another mechanic for some easy solder work. After pulling of the lot, I find that my convertible top had been locked shut. Not only do I think they locked me out, I found the back of my Beamer torn to pieces. Someone has obviously tampered with it. I found not only obvious interior damage, but even lose bolts from where they had hastily put back together my car. I even found some bolts missing. They've implemented some override locking technology from preventing me in repairing this problem myself. When I've called to sort this out, I was told by a service operator management would call me back. They still have not retuned my call. Bunch of crooks. read more

I would just buy a Lexus or Mercedes if you really want a luxury car. DON'T BUY from here. The service here is not their priority. It is profit. They are overpriced for the parts and services they provide. Let's start, I bought my car from Jackie Cooper. I had issues with the finance manager trying to charge higher amounts then what we discussed and then saying I agreed to a higher number. Which of course was not true. I should have walked away from the deal then. But I really liked the car. So I just kept going after they adjusted the numbers back down to what we had agreed on to start with. Fast forward 6ish months. I was in the shop with engine/transmission issues. They reset all the codes and told me it was a computer issue and it was fixed. It did go away for about another 6ish months or so. Came back again. Same issue. Reset codes sent me on my way. 8 months later. Same issue. This time I said DO NOT reset the codes. Find out the issue. The looked and looked. Couldn't find the issue. Finally reset the codes and told me to bring it back if it happened again. 8ish months go by. This time it happens and causes a drivetrain malfunction light. I bring it back in. They check it then tell me the issue is one of a cylinder isn't firing. At this point the car is just out of warranty... so the bill would be $1100 for repairs. I said you mean I have been driving around for 3 years with one cylinder going in and out??? They said well there wasn't any codes. So we didn't know to check the engine. We thought it was the transmission. I explained to them I am not the mechanic. You are. I brought the car to you to fix. I tell you what it is doing and you find the issue and repair it. It should not matter it there is a code or not. So I call BMW America to get their take. The dealer tells me they want the BMW to pay for it and will push to get them to cover it. Then I find out from BMW America that the dealer told them not to cover it. So just really underhanded business practices. This is all after they had my car for 30 days because of all the back and fourth with BMW America. I ended up just paying for the repairs that should have been taken care of by the dealer. The best part is they said they aren't 100% sure the repairs I just paid for are going to fix the problem. They just wanted to start with with this. Yes they actually said that....Based on this constantly growing horrible situation, and the fact they conveniently waited to tell me I had to have this repair until after my warranty was out, I will be selling this car ASAP and never buying a BMW again or from Jackie Cooper as well. By the way this is a 750li with less than 50k miles as well. So the top of the line BMW that should not be having this issue. You would expect 5 star service for what we pay for these cars. Save the hassle buy a Lexus. You will be glad you did.... read more

I really like my service tech, Steve, as it's nice dealing with the same person every time I bring my vehicle for service. Their staff is always helpful and attentive to your needs & try to be as accommodating as possible. With loaner cars and/or shuttle service available, it makes having to wait for your vehicle to get service enjoyable. I can drop off the car and then run errands, go shopping or see friends. They do however have a nice waiting area with complimentary coffee, tea, soda, water and Crispy Creme donuts (though I refrain from the donuts). :) read more

Jackie Cooper service center is the best. My automatic door motor to my 535I started going out and made an embarrassing grinding noise. Apparently that isn't covered in my warranty and the part was very expensive but the service advisor Parker kindly told me he would look into trying to get the dealership to cover it since I was a good customer and since I only had the car a few months. The dealership agreed to cover the part with no problems. I highly recommend Jackie Cooper BMW service and sales. This is the best experience I have ever had at a BMW dealership or any other dealership. Thanks Parker you're the man! Thanks for helping a young veteran who wants to enjoy a luxury car! read more

Horrible experience. They lied and I heard the finance guys making jokes about how they "Kicked my head in" on the back end of the deal. A nice BMW dealership that's about what you'd expect. They were able to give me a service appointment only a couple days in advance of my intended day of service. They also had plenty of seating and I got wifi while I was waiting though I'm not sure if it was theirs or not. They washed my car for me and they did a decent job at it. Good dealership. read more

Service wasn't good and I would not take my car here again. I took my car in Friday 0730 to get it serviced because it was running weird. While I was there I told them I wanted my leather cleaned and if they could change the oil and air filter (which they did). They told me it would be good to get my tires rotated so I said okay. I got a call at 1430 saying it was ready but I couldn't make it there until Saturday. I got there Saturday to get my car and was so disappointed. First thing I saw was the grease on my rims, I bent down to wipe it off and noticed chips in my rims from their tools. The lady said they used plastic bits but I guarantee you there was nothing wrong with my rims prior to dropping it off. I know this because Im in love with my car and notice even a small hair on the door that looks like a scratch. Long story short, they said come back Monday. I called the service manager Mike and Steve called me back shortly after telling me to bring my car back in. I told mike when I dropped it off I wanted new rims and he said he'd talk to his manager Monday. Monday they call me at 1430 telling me my car was ready. Went to get it and they said "that's normal wear on your rims". He showed me a car next to mine saying it's normal but there's don't look like my chips are, he said he looked at 10 cars and they all looked like mine. I had friends and mechanics look at the pictures and they said it was from their drill bits, they pulled it out while it was running and the lug nuts hit the side causing the paint to chip. So no I won't recommend anyone here. If you do go make sure you take pictures prior and maybe you'll have a chance of getting your vehicle back in the condition you dropped it off in or better. Pictures below. The grease was worse, we were trying to see what was chipped and what could be rubbed off. read more

Way overpriced. The price for new spark plugs was way over the verbal estimated cost.

The service team here is fantastic never any complaints. But now the show room floor that's a different story. They never get up to Greet you unless your looking at a car, otherwise they have one off conversation with each other until you have to interrupt them or just say excuse me I need some help. Now if your buying a vehicle they will roll out the red carpet, but if you have any technical questions or lease questions they rush you out the door very dismissive. The quality and brand that BMW once had is quickly declining with the level of service they give. The service is very inconsistent. The sad part is it's not like your going in there everyday like a grocery store or gas station. They have one time to make a good impression at the time of purchase, service, or ending of a lease but they continue to keep dropping the ball. Beautiful new show room, now they just need quality people to finish the job. People first and product second, the product and brand will bring people in, but the people will secure the deal and future purchases. read more

Arrogant service advisors who are not helpful. Almost 5 months later my issue with my X5 media/stereo is still causing problems. They say its my iPhone... I get a new phone... then my iPhone cable... I bought a 2011 BMW 335is Convertible a little over a year ago and I would not recommend this dealership to ANYONE. I will post portion of my email below what bothers me the most is that the dealership can't seem to reach out and discuss my disappointment, but they can send me emails for service on the car. It seems like the dealership is too segregated (sales doesn't know what service is doing, which isn't much, and management is totally lost). If you value your time and want to have a positive buying experience go somewhere else. In my case I traveled a good distance to get the car and it was the worst buying experience I have ever had. My email. The sales: This is where Jackie Cooper is letting the vehicle down. Early on in the sales process it seemed as if collectively your dealership didn't seem interested in selling the vehicle. First there was the lack of perceived interest from your Finance Dept, Huey was not pleasant to work with. The statement "that we deal with the customer" doesn't move me if I cannot be a customer. Second the phrase "that's not my job" should never be said, and several people said this, a better way to look at this is that the sale is everyone's job. If you don't know the answer know where to find the answer. Third once we arrived at the dealership there were several "let downs" 1.The vehicle was not ready even though your text stated it was being detailed. 2. I do not consider the vehicle to have been washed let alone detailed. 3. There were some things that should have been handled by the service dept during the re-delivery work. 4. The statement "it's a seven year old car" in response to the items in #3 (more on this later) made me wonder "Why am I here". This posed two concerns for me. First it put me in the position of questioning why I want to buy, and that is a position that the customer should never be. You always want the customer excited to buy. At this point we were prepared to leave without the vehicle. However, regardless of how others are I am accountable for who I am and how I operate. I made a commitment to purchase, and I stand by my commitments. The Service: Your service department is letting the Sales Department down. First as mentioned above the readiness of a sold vehicle is an issue. Second the complete lack of attention to detail on a Jackie Cooper sold vehicle (you sold it new, and then sold it to the second owner). The carfax has several Jackie Cooper services. How does the service department service the vehicle from new and it not be known what condition it is in? As mentioned the vehicle was DIRTY, and the right front headlight has visible water inside the assembly. When I mentioned the water your response did not comfort me or my wife (please see #4 above). More let downs; as we drove home the TPMS system alerted to a inactive condition. We had not left Edmond OK and our "new" vehicle has a safety issue. How was this not detected prior to the sale? We did text you a picture of this failure with no response see #3 and #4 above. The headlight mentioned at the dealership alerted with a Daylight running lamp failure, and then an adaptive headlight failure (before we got home). It now is completely out and will likely need replaced. TPMS monitors and the headlight are not expensive fixes, but they do make me wonder "Why didn't I walk?". These issues are either abject laziness, or complete incompetence, as this is my first experience with JC I don't know which. More stuff: Would I refer JC to a family member? No. I would without hesitation refer BMW to them, but not Jackie Cooper. There were just too many opportunities to excel that were not capitalized on. read more

It is very hard to even give 1 star ,Horrible horrible customer service especially the finance manager. How could they do it?!? They changed the deal that already had been made and I had paid all payments included first payment and I d had my car for a month with all papers signed by them.. Mark, the service rep assigned to me for the service appointment yesterday was polite but very passive aggressive . I drove all the way from Tulsa, OK because the check engine light came on after the "annual maintenance check" in April 2017. No one has the time to take the car back all the way. In spite of several phone calls and email sending a picture on my dashboard, there was no answer. Finally, when I had time off, I took the car in at the exact time of the appt. Two hours later, I am told that the code had never been entered and that took more than hour. Nothing else had been checked or done. When I asked for my car, Mark kept saying that he was waiting for a call from the service guy. I asked " Is it going to be hours, he replied " I can do nothing until he calls". When I threatened to go to the service person myself, miraculously he got off his chair where he had done nothing for over two hours, and my unwashed car appeared. It took 3 hours at the last visit to do an oil change. A big mistake having anything to do with Jackie Cooper ! An update as of October 3/2017. The check engine light is back on. I spoke to another service manager of the same dept.as I have spoken to him several times in the past, without a resolution, told me he would get back to me and I have heard nothing. It was a day of my life wasted, not to mention the inconvenience of driving at least 4 hours. read more

I love this dealership, and have been going in to look at cars for years. I recently graduated college and bought myself a new 2013 3 series for what I felt was a fantastic deal. Even though I'm not a big shot customer, and I don't spend hundreds of thousands of dollars here, the staff still treats me like royalty, remembers my name when I drop by for a visit, and keeps my car in tip top condition. I love how I am a "guest" and not a customer at Jackie Cooper, they literally refer to me as a guest! When my car has an issue I take it right to service drive through area and the rest is taken care of. My career has taken me to Texas, and thus my business has been taken to a BMW dealership down here as well. While my experience in Texas hasn't been awful necessarily, there certainly is no Jackie Cooper equivalent dealership where I am located (and I've looked).. Jackie Cooper BMW goes above and beyond to ensure their "guests" are well taken care of and happy. Which is how it should be, especially for how much we pay for our BMW cars! read more

Since the recent change of management, this dealership has the best customer service compared to three different ones in the DC area, Wilmington NC, El Paso TX, Camelback in Phoenix, and BMW of Dallas. Andrew in Sales was the first salesman I've ever had out of the five BMW's I've purchased that actually knew about the car he sold. I can appreciate a true enthusiast that's selling me a car other than someone that's simply trying to make a sale. On my recent visit, I ended up purchasing from BMW of Wichita Falls instead out of pure convenience (I didn't want to drive back to OKC). I purchased the X6 from Jacki Cooper in the past and also serviced my wife's 3 series at this dealership. I highly recommend it! read more

This is in regards to the service department. I have owned BMWs for 15 years and have been to locations in Denver (Colorado Blvd and Kentucky location), Boulder, Los Angeles, Omaha, Milwaukee, and most recently, Oklahoma City. This has been the best service so far. Long story short, I called in the late afternoon and they had me in at 7 a.m. the next day. They gave me a very nice, and complimentary, X4 decently-loaded loaner vehicle. My service rep called me back within an hour and a half that morning for the diagnosis, and fixed the mechanics mistakes (tire balancing) that had been made the day before by another shop because I was trying to save a little money. What a mistake. Jackie Cooper's service team do real road force tire balancing and I also had them replace my battery. They also complimentary washed and vacuumed my car and did a nice job. I usually hate dealerships but this is the only place the M3 is going from here on out. I'm only gonna ding them a star because they charged me $52.64 for, as the invoice states, "customer pay shop charge for repair order," whatever that means, in addition to all of the itemized parts and labor on the order. Guess I should have asked on my way out but I'm not a nit-picker. read more

My experience with the service department was top notch! Service advisor Samantha Garvey was friendly and professional and kept me informed. Thank you Samantha and the Jackie Cooper service department! read more

Took my car here for a recall, excellent service and comfortable waiting room. This is my only experience here, never bought a vehicle from here but my personal experience was great. read more

Service is terrible. Have had multiple issues with them with my minis. The latest? They wanted $2500 (including the usual nonnegotiable tip/"shop charge") to fix my new mini for nonwarranty issue. Went to Motorwerks and got it done for $1000! $150 oil change at Cooper. Seriously? read more

I wish that I didn't even have to put ONE star. This place is TERRIBLE!!!! Bought a car in December and had to come back to sign paperwork THREE DIFFERENT TIMES because they didn't turn in the paperwork to the bank when they were supposed to. They were horrible with their customer service. After we purchased the car, we had to put it in the shop to get the car tuned, come to find out the O2 sensors were bad - the mechanic said the dealership had to have fixed the car just enough to get it off the lot. Talk about shady. NEVER buying from this dealership ever again. read more

Absolutely the WORST service I have ever experienced. Currently have 2 BMWs I have been bringing for service for about 3 years now. Every time I have brought in a vehicle for service or to fix something very minor it never gets done correctly and I find myself having to bring back my car more than twice. Just had to get my tires rotated and balanced, changed an air filter and oil, waited 3 weeks for a call back, and they did not even rotate or balance my tires. Vehicle was covered in bird droppings and they did not even have the decency to wash it off after it has been sitting outside for that long. Absolutely terrible service. read more
