As soon as he found it and started to ring me up he asked if I was going to put the brake fluid in myself or... and I explained that I was either going to go home & await my husband to get in town to do it or I would possibly feel independent and find a YouTube video to figure it out myself. He found amusement in this and then said "let's see if you can do it yourself". I laughed and explained I wasn't ready as I still wasn't sure to do and he said "no, you're going to do it and I'm going to help you so that you'll know in the future too". So off we headed outside and he walked me step by step as I filled my car with brake fluid all on my own. TALK ABOUT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not only did he coach me through it, he awarded me with a high five and said if I ever needed help with anything else to come back and he'd help in any way he could. And yes, I'll be back if I ever need!

The first guy I talked to was Mitchell. He was so super friendly and nice. He assured me that they would be able to take care of me that night after helping two others that were already waiting. So I waited patiently and then Conner comes out and says "I'm all ready for you!". He was also really nice and made me feel at ease. He just had me sit in my car while he proceeded to disassemble my battery along with some supper bars that were in the way. It took about 20 minutes total. When he was done, he apologized for it taking so long! I'm sitting there like dude you could have taken another hour before I started to panic!
