Once you get there, It feels like you're in the southwest or something. I like that you can go there just to have a casual drink outside or even a light study. I went here over two months ago so I can't remember the food much honestly, nothing there stood out like oh my god but I can appreciate their unique menu and fresh ingredients. I remember the server was kinda plain though? Didn't seem enthusiastic and didn't seem to know the menu well either. Overall I'd go back to try the food again but really to enjoy the vibes with some friends.

Started off the night with the mushroom croquetas which are locally sourced from a family in Rockwall. The orange sauce underneath was the standout and the dish had an excellent acidity to it. We then tried the duck salad which was my favorite of the night. The duck was tender and the pickled carrots mixed well with the savory taste. We finished with the pork shank pasta. I personally think the pasta was a little undercooked for my liking but it was still a good plate. The biggest highlight of the night I'd have to say were the drinks. Boom goes the dynamite is my pick but if you like sweeter get the velvet kashmire rita. Expect to pay $50-60 per person just fyi but worth it in my opinion for the ambiance alone.

I happened to come when a field trip was taking place so there were plenty of people there. TDG has various reptiles, amphibians and insects on display inside. I got to see their noon butterfly release at the conservatory and hold a preserved butterfly. The conservatory was filled with thriving plants and butterflies which was besutiful to see. I appreciate that they keep the indoor and outdoor restrooms clean. The gardens were beautiful and well-maintained with plenty of places to sit. They have a couple of water fountains outside and a hand sanitizer dispenser before you head out to the gardens. TDG was peaceful and I enjoyed my visit, I would recommend coming here if you plan to spend the day in downtown Dallas or live in the area. The gift shop has some nice souvenirs, I'd recommend stopping there on your way out. The price for admission is inexpensive for what they have available.

It's not a big place, but it's filled with beautiful natural gardens and a Butterfly house that will amaze you. It's peaceful, never crowded, and you can spend hours here taking in all that is offered. In addition to the butterfly house, and the gardens, there's a snake house, trains, beautiful water features, and a play area for kids. I enjoy every visit to this place.

The host and staff were very energetic and enthusiastic, which added to the fun. I'd absolutely recommend for a team building event, or other type of gathering - birthday parties, friend groups, the like. This is especially great for groups - we had 30-40 people.

This was actually fun. Like, people were genuinely into it, competitive in a good way, and laughing the whole time. What really makes the experience is the host and assistant. They absolutely commit to the bit and make it feel like you're on a real game show. That energy is everything, and they nailed it. The whole concept only works if they sell it and they 100% delivered. The session ran right at an hour, which felt perfect. No dragging, no awkward downtime just a clean, high-energy experience start to finish. Only heads up: drink options are pretty limited, and definitely grab everything you want before going into the game room. They say you can step out, but once things get going, there's really no natural break to do that. Overall, easy 5/5. Would absolutely do this again especially for group events. They have a few different "scenarios" to experience.

We were fortunate there was no cloud cover! You could see for miles from the Ball's point of view at 470 feet up. The Reunion Tower itself is a 561 ft observation tower in Dallas, and one of the city's most recognizable landmarks. We spent about 30 min checking out the views and eventually made our way back down the elevator. Overall, it was a nice experience! But for the price we paid, I did expect a bit more! The Tower looked like a lollipop and was only 20 mins walk from our hotel. At one point we found ourselves on the train tracks and could see the Tower but couldn't quite see how to get there as there was no signage or directions. Eventually, we had to walk around and go under a bridge to get to the other side and walked towards the Tower. Even the entrance had no signage. It did have the name of the restaurant Crown Block and also Hyatt Hotel but nothing about the Tower. Anyway, we walked in and went downstairs. Tickets were $19 and can be bought from the kiosks. As we walked to the line, you get to have your photo taken with a green screen. There are props you can use on the right counter if needed. In the elevator you can see outside as you are going up. I just wished the glass was facing the city instead of Trinity river and the two Margaret sister bridges. You can see all the freeways overlapping like spaghetti. At the top, there is a little area with a few tables and chairs. I guess you can bring a lunch or snack whilst enjoying the views. The restrooms are really clean up there. Outside, there are telescopes available and info about the skyline. However, it was awfully windy and cold in January. The staff were really friendly and helpful with any questions you have. We found out the photos taken earlier, could be viewed at the kiosks by scanning the barcode on your ticket. They email the photos to you for free or you can buy a physical copy from them. Overall, it was a nice visit. Have to say, there were hardly any people around. I guess it was off peak tourist season, so it was nice not having the crowds and long lines.
