I received a notification that my order had arrived, so I called to ask if my firearm was ready. A very stubborn person answered and told me they would call me when my gun was ready for pickup. Ten minutes later, the same person called to say I could come and get my firearm. When I arrived, he told me that if I was going to keep calling to ask about my order, I should go somewhere else because I have to wait for them to call me, not the other way around. I've been using their FFL since 2021 and bought ammunition many times, but after this incident, I will not be going back to that store.

Came out during Father's Day weekend and found it to be quite busy. Reservations are needed to book a time and lane. Upon entering facility the shop is full of merchandise. Back of the shop are walls of guns and counter for consultation. Professional customer service, especially for first time customers. Safety video, waiver, and ID check are needed. Takes 10 min. The guys who manage are efficient. Cost for 1 lane, 2 people, 2 sets of protective gear, and 4 targets was around $42.xx It's BYOGA (bring your own gun + ammo) or rentals are available. Shooting range is behind checkout counter where it is very secure with ingress and egress of patrons. I noticed two ranges. Shooting range we entered is a good size. Surveillance monitors shooters to make sure rules are obeyed. There is room to maneuver in own lane but can be tight when all lanes are filled. Overall it was a great place to get an opportunity to shoot a gun. It was fun to come out with a couple of friends. We were able to get a lane close to each other.
