Our waiter was on top of it & kind. The views are beautiful. We got sat inside, but definitely ventured outside to catch the sunset. The mocktails we tried were delicious. Despite the current ratings of less than 4 stars, I somehow was determined that this place would not disappoint. And my hunch was right; it didn't. We did make a reservation ahead of time. Upon arriving, we were asked if we wanted to sit inside or outside to which we said inside (for a mid-October evening, the temperature outside was decent and yet we weren't sure about sitting outside the whole time. We made the right call. Occasionally the cool breeze came in from the side door at the bar (as it was left open; they said once closed it locks so it would inconvenience the people out in the open deck area to leisurely come in) and it felt a bit cold to our liking.) Inside was lively. The beautiful modern-looking lounge was filled with all kinds of chitchat by other guests. Our conversation was sometimes canceled by it where we had to talk into our ears but we certainly didn't mind it. Yes, the ambiance is what you come here for. He got the Juicy Bits IPA and I got the French red blend (Grenache and Cote du Rhone). We browsed the food section in the menu. Some looked interesting but we ended up not ordering anything as even though we ate lightly at the first restaurant we were still quite full from it. Our waiter (young male, I believe his name was Payton) was busting his bottom. When he was at our table taking our order he said he was pretty much the only one who was assisting with the guests in the main indoor area. He occasionally got help from his colleague. It appeared to be an understaffed night. We completely understood. Payton, you were pleasant to us; thank you. We truly enjoyed our drinks. FYI - Juicy Bits IPA is not on tap so even though they poured it into a glass the server couldn't pour everything into it so he brought the can as well (btw, it's a 16oz can.) As much as I enjoyed my bold red wine his IPA stole the spotlight at our table. He is a beer guy and he couldn't help but taking a photo of the can for future purposes/purchase. Juicy Bits is a local craft beer made in Greeley. Quite refreshing beer indeed. Well, we sat in our comfy couch for an extended period of time from 6:30 to 9pm. We both stepped outside to the open deck area for a quick view earlier in our dining experience. And we must say that this is one of the best rooftop restaurants we've been to in the Denver area. We shall be back.

The burger was $18 and honestly just average. Nothing about it justified the price. They advertise a "Baja sauce" as part of the burger, but when it came out there was barely any on it. I asked for more and got charged $0.50 for it. Same thing with ranch for the fries (not house-made), still charged extra, and they didn't even bring it out with the food after I asked for it when ordering. I had to remind them, and there was no apology, just a drop-off like it was no big deal. The fries portion was light, and overall the food just felt like corners were being cut while still charging full price. Soggy fries. Dried out burger. Service was inattentive across the board. When I asked for my last drink and the check, they forgot the check entirely. I sat there another 15 minutes waiting until I had to flag someone down again. That shouldn't happen, especially when it wasn't busy enough to justify it. The environment didn't help either. It's loud in a chaotic way, not just energetic sports bar loud, but TVs everywhere, kids running around, babies crying. On top of that, people were smoking right outside the entrance, so you walk straight through that to get in. One of the more frustrating parts: the metal chairs at the high tops scratched my $250 Patagonia jacket. Then to top it off, the blue pen they gave me to sign the check leaked ink all over my hand, which got on my jacket and car afterward. That's just careless. Only positives were that the beer and whiskey prices were reasonable, and the drinks themselves were fine. However, I took a risk with places like this because most likely they haven't cleaned their beer lines in years. Overall, this felt like a place that charges like it's better than it is, but cuts corners on both food and service. I won't be back. Not worth the $50+

I love that there's free parking and plenty of it since it's in the DTC. The bartenders make some pretty damn good drinks. I enjoyed my spicy margarita. There's not enough space to enjoy all of the arcade games because my friend and I felt very squished in towards Galaga and Qbert. The biggest downfall is having to buy tokens to play the games instead of just using quarters. I've never tried the food at any of the 1UP locations. I've been to this location twice now and I will be back.

Despite this, if you go anytime during the afternoon/early evening, you'll have plenty of kids there which are supposed to be supervised by their parents but nobody really abided by that rule. All of the games were about the same price you'd find at any arcade. The selection of games were a little underwhelming and all of the claw machines and prize games ran off of a pay-out which meant it wouldn't let you win until it got enough money in it which I thought was pretty lame. The bar itself had some nice deals. If you're looking for a spot to enjoy a beverage and play some games, this place seems like a hit or miss. Also, for an arcade with lots of kids, the amount of vulgar drawings and language in the restrooms were very off-putting. I feel like this place does really well in their other location in downtown Denver, but in Greenwood Village, it is out of place, and just doesn't hit the mark.

We saw the sign for the brewery in the back of the lobby, went in an it seemed closed but there was a big set of stairs heading down. We went downstairs and found a bar that leads out to the patio, completely open and so cute overlooking a nice fountain and great green views. The bar had a food menu too, and two pool tables although they were in rough shape. The bartenders were attentive and nice, giving their recommendations. We had the wagyu burger and truffle fries and the chips trio. The burger and fries were so good, but the chips were very oily and many were soft and not crunchy. I tried one of their cocktails, the first one with the strawberry puree and lemon, and they let me swap the vodka for tequila. It was sweet and yummy. Outside patio has decent shade by the little pond thing and lounge chairs to sit in. Our pup was also allowed to hangout there as well. Staff was short that day and the manager let us know, which was no problem. We ordered 3 dishes: fish tacos, pulled pork sandwich and a poke bowl. After waiting 45-50 minutes, which again I know due to short staffing, we were utterly disappointed in what we received. The tacos looked like they were microwaved along with the beans. I didn't get a pic of the pulled pork but was probably like a quarter cup total of some meat and sauce on a McD looking bun. The poke bowl was majority rice. For a bill that ended up coming out to about $80 (had also 2 diet cokes and a beer), this was quite a slap in the face. You're better off going elsewhere for your money.
