Starting off by saying these are some of the nicest people I've met in Belen. Customer service was excellent. So many burger choices on the menu I tried the Cristobal burger and my buddy had the huge Dez burger. Both burgers looked great and the only thing keeping me from giving them a 5 is the chile has no heat. If they had hot chile their burgers would be some of the best around. Still were very tasty and huge. Fries and onion rings were also good and they come with the burgers. Burger prices were also great at around $15 for a huge 20 ounce burger. I also got the chips trio and the guacamole and queso were excellent but I'm not a big fan of cilantro in my salsa but let me tell you those were some of the best freshest tortilla chips I've ever had honestly. New restaurant in the Belen scene. Have gone twice and both times were fantastic! First we went on a weekday in the evening and had exceptional service. The food we ordered (a burger and enchiladas) came out quickly and were hot and fresh. The chile in the enchiladas packs a little punch but is well worth the slight sniffle of the chile clearing your sinuses lol The second time we went my husband, son and I ordered their HUGE 7pound burrito. It can be a food challenge, but we did not order it as such... we ordered it to share... and man we should have taken 2-3 more people with us to help us finish it. It was the BEST breakfast burrito I've had in a minute and the chile... pork green chile... man... words cannot express how delicious. The service was also delightful on this occasion, and even tho we went on the weekend in the morning it was not too busy or too packed! Found a parking easily and were sat almost immediately! Overall a fantastic experience both times and I look forward to going back! read more

Did not have sweet potato and fries like the menu said. Onion rings needed to be crispy. The burger was delicious. Server was friendly but failed to check on us during the meal. This place quiet but we were the only ones in the restaurant. read more

Food was average. Over priced, $57.00 for two burritos two teas and salsa and chips. I will say the service was excellent.

This is an awesome place and great burgers. There are many unique burgers to choose from.

Disappointed in the service and the lack of communication about the food. The waitress took our drink ordersand asked if we wanted chips and salsa for a charge of $2. Sure. When she brought the drinks and chips, I asked if we could order a small side of guacamole as I didn't see it on the menu as an Ala Carte item. When I asked how much it would cost, she said, "Um, maybe like a dollar or dollar fifty". Ok, we'll take it. The guacamole was in a very tiny vessel and bland. My husband didn't look at the details on the check, so I don't know how much it cost. We all started munching on the chips and salsa and kept waiting for the guacamole. Finally I raised my hand and asked if we could please get the guacamole before we ran out of chips. After another 5 minutes or so, she brought the guacamole and refilled the salsa, but didn't offer any more chips. She asked to take the order, but WROTE NOTHING DOWN. So no surprise when the food order was incorrect or not communicated about lack of availability of certain dishes. My husband ordered The Jackson burger with fries. He liked the burger, but found the fries to be not crispy. My son ordered the Cheleste burger with fries and seemed satisfied. Daughter-n-law ordered the Sopapilla stuffed with SHREDDED CHICKEN and beans. She got what resembled a Navajo taco with SHREDDED BEEF and beans. Nothing was stuffed, just loaded on top. She specifically ordered chicken because she tried to limit the amount of red meat that she eats. She chose not to bring it to the waitress' attention. I ordered the Chile Relleno plate, which I ordered, not only because I love Chile Rellenos, but because the menu said it is served with rice, beans and Calabacitas. I was really looking forward to trying the Calabacitas. When the food was delivered, there were NO CALABACITAS on the plate. When I asked the waitress about it, she said that the plate doesn't come with Calabacitas. Of course I begged to differ and she said that she would bring me a side of them. While she was gone for the next 5 minutes or so, my son looked it up on the menu and verified that I was correct. When she returned, she stated that they are OUT OF CALABACITAS TODAY. She didn't offer any replacement, no reduction of pricing... just acted like that was just the way it is. When we finished our food and asked for the check, I went to the restroom and when I returned, my family was still sitting there 10 minutes after asking for the check. I looked for the waitress and she was doing other things and seemed surprised that we were asking again for the check.
