I was greeted by a friendly couple of workers, the owner and his daughter I assume. I ordered their GCCB as a double and the owner looks at me and says "are you sure ", laughingly. He shows me the the size of the fresh meatball he's about to smash and I reply " oh ya"! I also ordered some red chile cheese fries so I can try out the red chile. The burger came out in about 10 minutes and since I ordered the first double of the day, the owner wanted a picture. When I opened the box I knew why, it was ginormous! The meat was seasoned well and it was cooked medium well. The chile didn't have any bite but it had good flavor. The red chile on the other hand had a little bite and was delicious!
