I cannot say enough good things about Jack Lewis Jewelers. My family and I have known John and the gang for a long time. Ever since I can remember, Jack Lewis is the only jewelry store that we would consider bringing our business to. They have a great stock with excellent brands! When it came time to pop the question, I went to Jack Lewis immediately. I told John what she wanted and he told me that he would get her the perfect diamond. He called me a couple weeks later and informed me that he had hand-picked a diamond for her while he was at an International Gem Society conference in Belgium. I didn't know what to say. He sent me pictures of the diamond and it was absolutely perfect in every way. When I finally saw the diamond, all I could say is that the pictures did not do it justice: it was flawless. He then helped me pick out the perfect band for it. This is only one of many stories of how John and the staff at Jack Lewis have helped us find that perfect piece of jewelry. They are not just a local jewelry store, they are family. read more

I have worked with John Carter through my job and we refer our customers often to Jack Lewis. I recently took my wedding ring to the store to have the diamond replaced after it was lost. I waited 3 years to have this done to make sure the right place could perform the repairs. I was reminded why we refer customers to this great business. Tami did a great job showing me the diamonds that would work with my ring and explaining the repairs that would best protect my ring. I arrived a week later to a beautiful ring that far exceeded my expectations! I even left a 2nd ring for repairs (an heirloom from my mom). I cannot say enough positive things about this family oriented business that treated me like a valued customer from the moment I walked in the door. Thanks Jack Lewis you have a customer for life!!!! This place is so great! I bought my fiancée's engagement ring here and I couldn't have been put more at ease. Scott educated me well without making me feel dumb. They treated me with respect and listened to me. They patiently answered all my questions patiently. I can't reiterate enough how comfortable I felt despite making a large, important purchase. My customer experience was further enhanced when my fiancée needed to have the ring resized. I know that it's not a typical experience to be able to get that type of service same-day, but they were not only able to do it, they had it done in 2 hours! They graciously accommodated our plans for the day and made us feel very cared for. They even asked us to share our engagement story. This is such a great store and I'm eager to give them my business again. read more

Met John Carter through a friend. Let's just say he's still my friend. Now I feel like I've gained another one -- I trust John and his collegues implicitly. Simply put, when buying jewelry or a watch, these guys are as good as it gets. Trustworthy, properly priced goods, experts in their field with an uncanny ability to source top notch quality merchandise. A+ read more

In my opinion, it's the only place to buy jewelry in Central Illinois. The quality if each piece cannot be matched, and neither can the knowledgable staff. If you are looking for a jewelry buying EXPERIENCE, go to Jack Lewis. read more

I can't say enough about the quality of the diamonds and gemstones and the workmanship that goes into a one of a kind piece from Jack Lewis Jewelers. Talk to John or Jim Leeds and let them create the perfect piece for your engagement or transformation of an heirloom carried into the 21st century. You won't be disappointed, in fact you will be delighted. Best jeweler and jewelry store in Bloomington, hands down! read more

The very upmost honest store for any person to trust. I purchased a ring from an auction and wanted to reset the center stone. All of the stores that I went to did not tell me that my real ring was not real . Jack Lewis said they would reset the ring but in all honest that the center stone was not real and didn't want to sell me a setting that is a honest store. None of the other stores advise me of my center stone be not real. They all wanted to sell me a new expensive setting. But not Jack Lewis. That is where I will shop from now on. The honest store Keep up the good work. read more

The minute you walk into the store, you are greeted by a friendly member of the staff. Jack Lewis Jewelers provides high quality products with great customer service. They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with the item you are buying. Over the last year, we have gone to the store on 4 different occasions to look at engagement rings. Each time, they provide you with great service and don't haggle you to buy. I love how they can customize any order and they have their own repair shop in house. When you are buying something as important as an engagement ring, you want the process to be simple and memorable. We got off to a bad start at a different jewelry store that day, but after we walked inside Jack Lewis we were taken care of. We went during Bling Fest weekend. We haven't received the finally product yet but I am confident that we will continue to receive great customer service. Thank you for the great experience! We will definitely be referring friends and family here! It also doesn't hurt that you can drink a beer or wine while shopping :) read more
