BEWARE OF HIDDEN CHARGES IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND!…read more I had a consultation with Dr. Roberts for an Upper Blepharoplasty procedure (modification of the upper eyelid that corrects the sagging of the eyelid). I decided to schedule the procedure after the consultation and made a down payment for half the cost to secure the date of the procedure. After more consideration, I decided it was too risky so I called to cancel. They were happy to reschedule or cancel. I wanted to cancel. Upon the cancellation, I was informed that there would be a 3% surcharge for the credit card charge and an additional $125 cancellation fee totaling $524.76! My consultation was on June 13 and the procedure was scheduled for August 25. I cancelled in June. Nowhere in the paperwork I signed indicated that such charges would apply. I paid $524.76 for NOTHING.

Run..from this place when they tell you you need a deep cleaning, you have gum issue (we cannot…read moretreat it) you need surgery which is a referral. This place went down hill and became a scam corporate Dental office.. They use to be good for a round two years I was a two year patient till they said in year two cleaning aren't working you will have to have painful tooth surgery also you need to a deep cleaning which will be $650. I laughed in my head and told them I am getting a second opinion. They nearly threw me out of the office and got really rude. I got the second opinion from my original dentist of 12 years in another state. No issues, not surgery, just the normal gum cleaning which I was always getting. Should also be noted the main Dentist left the office, and the better of the two hygenists (the one that was honest to patients).

They only did the exam and X-ray, then started poking at my gums, rattling off numbers, and telling me I had "gum disease." When I asked about the basic cleaning I came in for, they said they'd be "doing me a disservice" by doing just that. Seriously? How about earning a patient's trust before trying to charge thousands of dollars for a deep cleaning? To top it off, after "running the numbers," they told me a simple cleaning would cost $250. And after sitting in my car and reading more recent reviews, I realized it wasn't just me. This is a pattern. If you're considering this place, don't walk run the other way. Your teeth and your wallet will thank you.

I went there today and this was my 2nd time going there for a check-up…read more I went as a routine visit because I thought something was wrong with my top/bottom left teeth, turns out it was minor and we only need to do a little bit of flossing. The good: The staff was really helpful when booking the appointment. Melinda & Debbie were great! They called my insurance to make sure all was good, they called me several times to give me updates and they even called me to offer me a more convenient time. Kudos to them. The bad: When I asked if the doctor is going to at least do a visual inspection of my teeth she said that she couldn't because we have to get some x-ray done and/or a teeth cleaning. I am no dentist and I understand that getting an x-ray will help to see if we have something "hidden" going on however you don't NEED an x-ray for a 5 minutes visual inspection just to see if there was anything going on that she'd spot. She did not do it and left. I could have had a big open cavity on the right side of my mouth but I don't know and I have to wait for an opening. They did not even offer me a glass of water/mouth wash to rinse the residue of tartar/products in my mouth after the very light cleaning. Honestly I felt completely insignificant, that they really did not want me there and that they only wanted me to come back to charge me more service to my insurance.
