I get home missing half my food every single time I go they're out of something they're missing something they forget something. The people at the window are stupid. They don't care anymore. I went there this morning to buy food and was told by the person at the window the Jack in the Box system was down-The guy told me to come back in 15 minutes. I drive to the other location by the hospital and they dont open until later. I went back in the 15 minutes a car was in front of me they took the ladys order and once again i was told the system wasnt working. I am an older white person, the staff was latino and so was the car in front of me. This is the second time this has happened to me. Went here 3 nights this month with the same result. I'm not against them being closed past midnight, but why advertise "open 24:7 and late munchies" when after waiting in line to be told no? The worst restaurant I've been. A bigger boy actually refused me service on Christmas Eve telling my order wasn't at the store then magically it was completed so when my boyfriend returned you wouldn't remake the order nor even give him a refund. I heard this male say he couldn't contact his manager "Javier" because "he's not allowed to call him at night" and apparently Javier told him "he's cannot bother him at night or he will get in trouble". He stated he's been working for you guys for 4 years but isn't allowed to give a refund even cash I did not care I just wanted my money back. He also had a female running around and screaming in Spanish and telling my boyfriend or trying to tell him to "shut up". I ordered a DoorDash got two double jacks, and 10 piece nugget missing a 10 piece missing my side for one of the double Jack missing my sauce one of the drinks didn't come. One of the burgers was just no mustard and didn't come with anything besides cheese. I understand if you miss a item or two, but this is ridiculous, whoever is in kitchen can't build a sandwich correctly the fries are cold and unsalted and we asked for extra salt they were not fully cooked even and they barely put any curly fries and regular fries in the box the order was rushed and unprofessional. The BEST biscuits of any fast food restaurant :D That's not an easy feat, you know? They are just the perfect consistency, just a little flaky, not too sweet (it's not supposed to taste like a cupcake, lol) & it doesn't turn into a rock if you don't eat it right away. I likee! I also like that there are 2 exits from this restaurant. The one on Grand is easy to come in through, but not easy to exit from, lol. I had the worst experience at a different location and the manager at this location, Javier Rojas, stepped up and made things right- when the other location failed to do so. Javier was super nice and understanding of my frustration. He refunded me my money for the horrible, horrible service at the other location. I just left the drive thru ( I will not be eating the food that I just purchased). I have never been treated so horribly by anyone in a drive thru. This Hispanic lady was just just so rude as was her coworker. This woman told me that if I wanted her to go any faster, I should come help them. At one point, she told me that I could go anywhere else and told me that she could refuse me service. LOL, I was not even mad. I sked a simple question, 'how much longer would it be ?". I had been in drive thru for several minutes and there were no cars in front of me. I am a nurse on a fifteen minute break so I just wanted to let my peers know if I was going to run a bit late. She turned it into something so ugly and it was not necessary. At one point, I wanted to confirm the eight tacos, she said to me in her ugly disrespectful tone..."4x2 is 8 right?". Just a nasty individual, so much more to say about her and her rudeness but I will take that up with corporate in the morning. Had I not been picking up food and drinks for my coworkers, I would have left. It was obvious thatshe is a miserable person and very unhappy. I get it ...customers can be rude...I am not that rude customer. As a nurse, we are working long hours and working short BUT I don't treat my patients rudely or verbally abuse them. If I could put no star I would My husband and I are staying at the hotel right next to the jack in the box located on 111th ave grande. We have been there about a handful of times since we have been at the hotel for over 3 weeks and it's very convient where it's at. But since I have used the drive thru it has been a nightmare. The first time we used drive thru was on 4/10/22 at 11:30 pm. I ordered 2 of the meals with burgers and fries as well as jalapeno sides,chocolate lava cake and extra patties for my dogs. I am lactose in tolerant and do not like cheese at all. I informed them this and got home to find my sandwich full of cheese and no cake or jalapeno poppers. Well my husband told me to let it go and deal with it in morning because drive thru was backed up because there system wasn't accepting card payments. The next morning I went in bought breakfast sandwiches and complaints to Hispanic manager he gave me a free coffee and apologized and said he would give me missing items next time. I got home breakfast sandwich had cheese I just let it go. We tried again on 4/18/22 at 10:30 pm with a chicken sandwich and tacos for husband and expected what was owed. They didn't believe me because that manager wasn't there and I had no proof so I lost out and took my order home to find cheese on my specialty chkn sandwich and no bacon. I was livid called and called no answer and drive thru was packed again. Now tonight I ordered a jumbo jack meal didn't think cheese came on it unless u asked but it sure as hell did come on my jumbo jack Jr. My husband aslo didn't get his curly fries again and no ranch and wrong drink. My husband refused to drive me back and they never answer the phone. Also the phone number on Google is the 99th and tbird locatuion not grande. I am beyond upset,irritated,frustrated,I feel cheated and taking advantage of and annoyed with the stupidity of there drive thru performance. Also I had a card not work for payment so we had to use another and when I asked a question on the receipt the young women with blue of purple colored hair took it and refused to return it to me. Sad,sad,sad! I've been going here for about 8 yrs. Until today! Ordered a southwest chicken salad waited 22 minutes to get my order and yes it was wrong! I asked for the chicken on the side so my salad would not get soggy. They literally placed the hot chicken on the salad they Removed the chicken so when I got home the lettuce was warm and soggy!They forgot my dressing and forgot to give me my sons chicken sandwich! 2 items easy huh!
