I am new to the area (as of July) so I don't have any experience with this location before then. I have been here twice in the last 2 months. Both times the place was clean and I got my order quickly. This is Jack in The Box, so I don't expect K & M Drive-in quality (which is outstanding). This store is tango uniform, SNAFU, because when I returned home and opened the bags, our large order of curly fries was nowhere to be found. I am so stunned at the lack of service. I ordered 4 ultimate breakfast sandwiches but this is what I got for $38.00 4 sandwiches with sausage and cheese on a hamburger bun and on with ham on a hamburger bun. I go back through the drive through (front doors locked at 9:30am) I give the food back and ask for a refund. The poor guy working says it his his 1st day but no one in the building speaks English and they said they cannot refund. Went here the other night and placed an order. When I got home (2mi away) the food was cold and the cheese not even the slightest bit melted, couldn't go back because they closed. Shake machine broke down middle of them making them. That wasn't the issue. The issue was only getting one of the shakes we ordered. The total for 4 shakes was $20. Yet they only gave us a refund of $10 and getting 1 of 4 shakes ordered. They still owe us money. Won't ever be going back to this place. read more

I was the only one in line and took them 5 minutes to even come ask me for my order, then an additional 15 minutes to get it. This Jack In The Box used to be poorly run. I only drop by once every couple of months, so change is easily noticed. They have GREATLY IMPROVED over the past few months. They are now very quick, polite, and I don't hear the constant griping of the employees while waiting for the order, which used to be really annoying. I wish I could give it a ZERO star rating. My son, who is disabled, went in to order his food while I ran over to the Safeway. When I went to get him he was very upset. He said the girl was very impatient with him and made him feel really uncomfortable. My older son has gone in with him and he said they were nice to him, but were rude to my youngest. They both felt like the two girls working were making fun of my disabled son as well. To make it even worse, one son's order was perfect.. but the other? You guessed it..WRONG.
