We ordered the new chicken deluxe sandwich. They forgot the chicken on the chicken sandwich. When we called to let them know so we can have a replacement the employee on the phone told me I was lying and they put the chicken on the sandwich. I was compelled to write this review because I am hangry. Ordered two meals in the drive thru, got home only to welcome the smell of an ashtray on my burger. It was soggy and to top it all off, I got to pick off someone's facial hair off of my burger. I didn't even take a bite because of its pungent cigarette stench. I can complain about the wait and all of that, but frankly, all I care about is the lack of attention and concern on how to properly handle California Food Handler's law. Never been to a place that forgets things as much as this place. When the only thing you order is chicken and they still can't remember the sauce.. would be nice if they started hiring people with common sense and the ability to remember what you asked just for a couple minutes beforehand. I've worked the window at fast food places before and trust me it's not difficult, if all a customer ordered was chicken I'd always ask if they wanted any sauce even if they didn't ask because people usually don't want a bag of just chicken strips. My Husband and I come here for a quick breakfast sometimes and we have never had a problem. But today however, I opened my sausage egg and cheese biscuit sandwich and the entire egg shell was cooked in with my egg. Yes, the entire egg. Which means they threw the egg in whole and whipped it up. And then my Husband took a bite of his extreme sausage sandwich and found an extremely hard white piece of something in his sandwich. Waited in drive thru for 15 minutes, then ordered my food. Got to the window and they tell me they can't take our order the system went down. They knew from the beginning of that order they couldn't take it but didn't want to start a mess until they got us to the window. They should just remove that one from town, it's useless. Everything was great with most of our order EXCEPT for my potato wedges and definitely my sour dough chicken. This is probably the worst Jack In the box in Turlock! I always go with my coworkers and there's never a time where they don't mess up our order. First we're ordering and the lady is just rushing us when we're trying to order our food and then we specifically told the lady at the window to split the order half with cash and the other half on a debit card and she failed to do that. She payed with the 20 dollar bill and charged the debit card only 1 dollar! And on top of that they messed up our order completely! Horrible service! read more

Foods usually pretty solid compared to most in the franchise. been coming here for years since it's by my house and the college, but a couple of the new staff members seem to be pretty incompetent/lazy. Placed an order on doordash which I have done several times, called to ask if they can add ranch to my order since doordash doesn't give the option to add, and the young lady on the phone said " that's not my job you need to contact doordash, I'll do it if I remember". Hmm... just doesn't seem like the best customer service if you ask me. It takes 3 seconds to add a few ranches to a bag, but I guess being lazy is more important! Ive managed a couple restaurants in town, and I also am very familiar with the way doordash works. People call and add special requests such as sauces etc all the time and it's never an issue anywhere else. I promise whoever this gal is will probably not get an occupation outside of this establishment with this attitude. Hope management sees this and hope whoever she is has a better day. read more

Me and my friends came to this location on Saturday at night and the lady was so rude, she didn't greet us but she claims she did and said we were taking our time to order, even if we took a little while that is not something you say to a customer. And to make it worse when we got to the window they forgot our Dr Pepper and acted like we lied about it until another worker said oh yeah I didn't give it them and they didn't even apologize. Customer Service was horrible. There was One person infront of me and there were about 5 people working . Nobody even bothered to say "it will just be a minute " we literally waited 5 minutes to even be attended. The people infront of me got attended , then I wanted Another 3 minutes . Then to top it off I gave the girl that took my order the 56 cents that were with how much I owed because I like having even dollars on my debit account . She slid my card first and she gave me the 56 cents back when I told her I wanted to pay the even payment with no cents . Today I went through the drive through and got my usual which are regular tacos and I like to have them with everything they put on them including the salsa which they forget to put on every time I come so when I went through I got my bag and checked them to make sure salsa was on them and sure enough, nothing....... so I handed them back the the manager who btw I've had to come back and talk to about the same thing before and she had them put salsa . Went on our way home and checked them again to find out they put literally a drop of salsa on each so I called and the manger decided to be sarcastic and tell me "well what do you want, a smothered taco?" Being sarcastic and I replied saying no I just want a regular amount that comes on it .? So I took them back and showed her how much they put and her argument was that she already took them back in the window and that it wasn't enough . I asked her if she can tell me if what was on my tacos was a regular amount and she couldn't . She just stood there with the dumbest look on her face . She knows that her workers fuck up every time and she still wanted to disagree which didn't make any sense . Went in on Christmas Day at around 1030, when we got to the window all we wanted were some shakes m, however the employee on the speaker said their machine was not working because they wee so busy they can't stock it......so we said cancel the order and proceeded up the line. Once we were about to drive past the window they waved us down apologized and offered us two shakes for the price of one and made it a size bigger! I've had the worst customer service experience at this local JACK IN THE BOX, on geer rd. Turlock, ca. The smallest complaint was turned into the biggest ordeal from the hostile manager (crystal), whom I asked to speak with. I normally cook at home for my family an don't go out for fast food, but I see i can't even get a day off, w/out someone screwing up my order an then jumping down my throat when I finally do call to complain. I under stand that things happen, I mean that's why their working in a fast food industry, they're obviously not the brightest bulbs in the box. Although after the "2nd" time of this happening "on the same item", I'm going to say something! Especially over an idem that was nearly $4.00, I expect it to be right! So i called an let them know they had messed up my order not once but twice now! How hard is to make a freaking steak burrito?? To my surprise the manger (crystal) just sat there an argued with me calling me a liar basically! I was so irritated by the time I got off the phone with her. So much for the customer always being right !!!?! I could Not believe she was going to sit there an argue with Me instead of just apologizing and fixing her mistake! I actually didn't even want her to fix my order after having to deal with her hostile attitude. I just wanted to let her supervisor know what kind of people they have working for them and have made into management! People half assing their food, and running off their customers.
