Tried going through drive through around 9:30 just to be told by a lady that they weren't taking orders, there was a car ahead of us at the window that looked like they had just ordered before we got there. Service was a bit slow: a driver ahead of me pulled out of the drive-thru line after waiting several minutes to order. The order I received was correct and mostly acceptable. Tacos were so greasy they soaked through the wrappers and left a film on anything they touched. A burger was overcooked but curly fries were refreshing. read more

This is worst fast food operation EVER! I order one meal, but because I asked for second meal, I asked to make separate order, they told me, it was against policy, I asked if I drive around and order again that is my only choice, they said yes! I canceled that part of order. Back up some, the night before I ordered 4 Monster tacos NO sauce, when I got home, it was 4 reg tacos WITH sauce! I didn't want to go back, but I refused to be ripped off. I called & someone acted nice & it was no problem. When I went back, I was treated as tho I ran over they're dog. The 2nd trip, when they said I had to come BACK thro the drive thro, I ordered the exact thing. I was smarter enough to look & sure enough Monster tacos this time & AGAIN with sauce. I happen to love the tacos & onion rings however This place is totally incompetent when it comes to getting your order correct. I've had several experiences where we did not get the food we paid for. The latest ordered 12 tacos and got only 6, drove all the way home then had to drive back, couldn't go in to talk to someone as doors where locked even though it was in the afternoon. Had to wait in the drive through, then they tried to argue with me as though I was making this up or lying. Just total lack of accountability. I've been to this location several time only because neighboring restaurants close early. At night they keep the lights off so they appear to be closed. It's always slow, and something is always wrong. Either they're only accepting cash or they don't have items on the menu. At 7:15 am today I went through the Drive-Thru and asked for a Large Iced Mocha after waiting there for 40 seconds without a greeting. The employee said they did not have that available as I responded "as always". The employee responded with "What the fuck ever". I have made a few complaints through the correct channels to give proper feedback. I always give it some time and still try to remain a customer. They are always so rude, and even when slow can't seem to get a order right. They always rush you when ordering. Food is either burnt or overcooked sometimes you can tell it's food that has been sitting most of the day and they recook. What is even more saddening is this is one of my favorite fast food spots , however this location is the pits . Drive thru experience ,it's as if the person is not attentive you should not have to repeat yourself several times and still get the order wrong , secondly once you order and make it to the window no one is there to Great you .. your still waiting . After paying your still waiting and then asked to repeat order this happened twice now . Just last night we were asked to move up after waiting 7 minutes at the window to say we are waiting on fries . We pull up / than park another 11 minutes and we see cars are driving right off that were parked behind us ... we thought no way we the only ones who ordered fries ... went to the door : the worker had our order n his hand and the food was cold ... at that point what more to expect ....we just drove off . I don't know what this location is like during the day but if you're needing to eat late night they are terrible. 2 stars only because they are friendly when they take forever and can't get your order right. Ive given them several chances thinking it can't be this bad all of the time but it is. I ordered 4 tacos, 2 no sauce. I got 3 tacos with sauce and 1 no sauce, no lettuce and cold. The worst experience in any drive tru in my life. Slow service...15 minutes from start to finish. When I pulled up to the speaker box, they did not say a word to me untill the three cars ahead of me left the widow with their food. Then the process started again. He took my order, and a cuple more in back of me. I waited at the window for twelve minutes. I know it was twelve because as I was waiting, I did a facebook review and the time stamps from my receipt and Facebook verified it was that long. I get my order home, unwrap the burgers, and find that they only put half the meat on it. I ordered two double jacks ( two qrt lb patties) and they only gave me one patty on each sandwich.
