The best thing about Fatboys Taco is their generous portion size with reasonable pricing and tasty tortillas. We got a birria plate ($15) and 2 tacos (pastor, carnitas) to share. Overall, we found everything a tad salty (especially the rice) and out of the meats, I thought the pastor was the best. We typically get asada tacos but that's an upcharge for "premium" meats. The plate comes with rice and beans, and the non-refried pinto beans caused us a lot of bloating and gas (the nature of beans but just a reminder if you are on a long road trip)! The restaurant was clean with plenty of seating and service was friendly. There is 1 unisex bathroom. Parking: easy, large empty lot

Friendly staff, quick service, and clean restrooms "seal the deal" on making this spot a must-try for weary travelers ready for a break from the road. There are lots of dining options on the menu, but the unanimous crowd pleaser appears to be the onion rings (as apparent from a quick visual survey of the customer trays). Old-school delicious without being greasy, I'd recommend their Workz Sampler where fried zucchini sticks and fries are also included. It's a meal in itself but, if pairing with a burger or sandwich, prepare to loosen your belt a notch because portions are generous. There's a full range of dining choices, so whether stopping in for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or just a quick snack, I'm sure everyone in your party will find something to enjoy. Of course, if you're a fan of classic roadside burger joint fair, you need to give The Workz a try!

Food will cost around the $15-25 dollar range but they come with rice and beans, salad or just a large size that you can eat feel full and/or have leftovers. Free chips and salsa with refills, order guacamole to make it special. This place is the opposite of fast food, you know that the food was prepared with care and the taste just hits the spot. Agua frescas of watermelon was refreshing and sweet, just the right thing to quench your thirst and rehydrate. I ordered street tacos and was happy they had lingua my favorite, along with special meats like buche and tripa. The birria was superb and had the most flavorful consommé to go along with them, I would order this item again. Unfortunately there was no soup on the menu that day, so salad was the only option as a side but there were many dressing options and the lettuce was fresh.
