The 5 stars goes to the new protein fajita bowl. I like trying new items. I was kind of skeptical at first. But couldn't wait to get home to try this new bowl. I have to say this bowl packed flavor It was delicious. Comes with everything I want, onions, black beans , choice of white rice crispy or grilled chicken, and sauce. The potion size is just right. I will say I wasn't expecting much at 9am but what I got was 2 big chicken sands with nice lettuce mayo and a very fresh bun. It's a decent sandwich but served with professionalism a big welcome and smile and for the price, excellent. Minus 1 star for changing 25 cents for regular pickles. My son and I had been working all night we showed up @11:34pm to get food and the the server Sara S, couldn't speak English very well. We ordered hot mess munchies meal w/tacos curly fries and hot mess wedges, and ultimate cheese burger munchies meal w/tacos and curly fries. There was a line but we couldn't understand what she was saying. Got home and the order was wrong, we didn't get the tacos, and got regular fries instead of curly fries and it was the wedges there were only like 4 wedges in the box. The line was long and the rushed not a good feeling, the sevice was less than one star. The mood was rushed because not a lot of help inside the restaurant. This Jack in the Box is in Sun City. The clientele would be seniors and transients. The exterior and interior of the building looks new. The interior decor is one of the nicest I've ever seen of a Jack in the Box. However, it's also the dirtiest. The tables weren't clean. There's trash everywhere. The bathroom has graffiti. The toilet seat had urine on it. I ordered on the app prior to arrival. I ordered a kids meal for my teenager. Every Wednesday on the app, you get a special offer. Today's offer was a free small shake with a $5 purchase. I ordered a small strawberry shake. When I arrived I notice my strawberry shake sitting behind the counter. The cashier was very nice and courteous. She said they were working on my kids meal. I wished they would've made my shake when I arrive because shakes melt when left out. she did give me my shake while I was waiting. It wasn't too bad but the whipped cream did deflate a bit from the wait. The kids' meal is just that. The burger was customized, and I like that. Overall, I got a good deal and spent 5.29. Not bad. Pretty clean establishment like most of them unfortunately the food is not good. Ordered a sausage croissant with no egg --egg was still on the product went back in to get a replacement. The curly fries could be a bit crispier, but since we haven't had it a while, it did it job. Jack's spicy chicken was surprisingly filling, and it was pretty good. I was here yesterday and I ordered a combo for myself and tacos for my kids. When I was handed my drink, I realized it was only like 3/4 full so I asked for it to be filled. The employee told me that it was like that because I was supposed to get a smaller cup so they only filled it to the point it would have been. When I asked if they had free refills, she told me that yes, but I'd have to go inside and do it myself. Since I didn't feel like arguing with an employee and I also didn't feel like getting my 3 kids out of the car and into my wheelchair for a few ounces of soda, I just went without it. Some people need to understand minimum wage = minimum service. The industry sucks! I don't work at Jack but I do work in fast food and I can say one thing, we get treated like gum at the bottom of everybody's shoe and expected to bend protocol to accommodate someone's every want and desire. Anyways, I go here fairly often and sometimes the line is fast, other times slow. I understand why. Sometimes the staff are tired and drained from the people before so im always sure to tell them to have a good day and give a smile even if I may not get one back. We were just there 2/15/24. We decided to eat inside instead of going through the drive through. While I was ordering the gentleman by the name of Mohamme was very rude. He lacked customer service skills to say the least. While I was starting to order, Mohamme left me standing there just to rudely tell an employee that she was not mopping correctly, when I can clearly see she was mopping properly. We ordered the chicken strips and they were cold and soggy. Our curly fries were cold and there were more regular fries than curly fries in our box. I went up to let Mohamme know and he had an excuse that the fries get mixed up, I said ok I understand but when someone pays extra for something they should get what they paid for. He was rude and seemed very annoyed about the situation but made me another order of curly fries. His negative energy was so bad that I couldn't take it anymore and we decided to leave.
