I ordered one eggroll last week and as she was handing it to me she said" please be very careful it just came out and it extremely hot" I truly appreciated that. You guys need to fix your lights outside! It's been months and they've been broken and flickering on and off like a serial killer horror movie. You know a man was murdered in the opposite parking lot. How am I supposed to feel safe at night ordering from you guys? Don't ever go to this location!! They're horrible human beings!! I went thru drive thru and of couRse made mE wait in the front for my order. I get my meal and it appears everything is there. I live in hour away so I'm on the road and I realize I'm missing my curly fries. I was like whatever it's just fries I should of doubled checked! But theN my 3yr old is eating kids meal nuggets and all of a sudden starts gagging and throws up and I'm freaking out and pulllover she bite into a JALAPEÑO popper!!! The utter lack of customer service, ability to just fill orders in the order they were taken (I'm a food service professional with three decades of experience), and the rudeness of the person "in charge" was astounding. The boy at the window had a terrible attitude, cursed and threatened my husband with violence after asking to correct the order and the manager wouldn't make right on our missing food. Do not try to eat here unless you have 45 minutes to wait for a grease bomb that they try to pass off as food. Also, either the staff is poorly trained or the management just doesn't care because the dining area is disgusting and the employees lick their fingers or wipe them on their pants and then proceed to touch food, no gloves. I know this is fast food so I know expectations shouldn't be high but I would think the health inspector would at least ask them to clean the place up. read more

I'm old enough to remember when this chain was the fastest around. Not now. They cook to order and frankly, the menu is too diverse. That's what has slowed McD's down too much. I won't say it's the best fast burger and fries I've ever had, but it's certainly not the worst either. Even if I drive through at 4am the employees are always courteous. I just know when I go there that it'll be a few minutes because they do cook to order. read more
