Located in Gold Canyon in the Bashas' Parking lot with plenty of parking. Their drive thru has been clean, and easy to order the various times I've frequented in the last couple of decades. Their food is fairly decent considering fast food, and pleasantly surprised with the new fish sandwich. The staff have been very friendly and the drive thru has a very welcoming vibe to it. I'll definitely be back as one of the nicest Jack in the Box locations I've been to. read more

My friend told me this Jack In The Box is easy & convenient & has very good service & he's right! Another plus is the fact it's closer to my house than the one on Apache Trail. Set right as you get into Gold Canyon & located in the Basha's shopping center. It's quiet in here, the food is good, & it's clean & inviting. Besides, who can resist Jack In The Box tacos?! read more

(BAD SERVICE!)no customers in restaurant and no workers walking to the front to take our order. Till they... were ready.... TERRIBLE FOOD! got food poisoning!!!! WOULDN'T RECOMMEND this place TO A CORPSE! Avoid BAD FOOD & possible food poisoning, and piss poor help! if I could leave 0 I would... but ya can't! read more

Is it normal for them to park you when there's no line? Then they take their sweet time bringing the food out cuz they're not being timed. Just seems dishonest. I can understand if there's a long line but no cars behind me??? read more

They took 40 mins to get our our food. The man that was serving our food was insanely rude to us.

It was so bad they forgot about our order and got it wrong and one of the girls microphone was not working such a bad experience never again

They are very slow due to lack of people. Food is okay but there are a lot of choices so you can find something you will like.

closed the lobby at 9:55 when the door says open till midnight. had to go tru drive thru, god bless the lady that let us in to go to the restroom read more

Richard treated us like VIP's He really made the experience great the Red Tacos were also fun lol read more

The cost has gone up dramatically! Two combos "upsized" to medium, now cost $30.00! This is no longer friendly for lunch. Quality has suffered too. read more

Why do I have to pull around and wait for my order if there's nobody in the drive-through Lane.

They were so rude for no reason and I was being extra nice too. They were mocking me right in front of my face. Never coming here again, burger was dry and not made right either. read more

They close an hour early for no reason consistently sucks to go an hour before close and not be able to order with a restaurant full of employees read more

Food was good, there was a worker by the name of Joseph, he was really nice and was very helpful. He was a manager I think. But if he isn't he definitely should be. read more

No I definitely do not recommend this jack in the box. The customer service is pathetic they make you wait at the drive through forever and they can see you so it's not like they are just too busy. There are literally no excuses for that. They also mess up every time and only give us half of our food. Just save your time and don't bother with this trash jack in the box. read more

Whenever we use the drive through, the staff is always, happy, considerate and knowledgeable

(cue music) Oh Breakfast Jack, Oh Breakfast Jack, you satisfy my cravings...for delicious egg and delcious cheese, along with thinly sliced meat. Seriously, Jack in the Box is boss. This spot is right of the highway on the way into Mesa, allowing my hankering for awesome to be satisfied early in the morning on the way back in from a sunrise viewing with the little dude. Standard place with the added benefit of it being warm outside! read more

Staff need to understand that customer service is important. Sweeping dirt in the direction of customers and not acknowledging them is rude. Then walking around to the register and saying nothing with a blank stare also unprofessional. read more

We stopped by on Sunday May 21, 2023 for two Buttery Jacks and all we got was dry burgers and stale fries. I will not recommend this location to any one who is used to good Buttery Jacks from other locations. This location is terrible for the quality of its Buttery Jacks. I complained online to the Headquarter but no one has the decency to respond. What a customer service? read more

It is so dirty in this Jack in the Box I will never go there again unless they are under New management and staffing.

Jack in the Box - THIS IS MY SISTERS REACTION TO HER CAKE - Fast Food Near Me - Gold Canyon, Arizona

Stopped off for a bite to eat after a round of golf. The staff was in confusion. We had to wait awhile before our order was ready. When I went up to the counter and asked how long, the gal apologized and said that the orders got screwed up. So I went back to my table and a few minutes later the gal came and asked what kind of milk shake we wanted, it's free because of the inconvenience. I guess I was upset enough that I don't remember what the food tasted like and if the place was clean. read more

Mobile Order no: 00900372 Store: 6478 E US highway 60, Gold Canyon AZ. On this occasion, I was missing food from the order I placed and paid online through the mobile app. It was for pick up (delivery is not available in my area because how far this location is, no one offers delivery here in this small town). I called and after about 15 minutes or so someone finally picked up the phone. I spoke to the manager Krystal. She was rude and confrontational. She asked me what I wanted to do and I believe it's important to stress how far out of the way we are. It's a 15 minute drive to this location. If I go back to pick up what was missing my food would be cold. The food was my 4 year old daughter's lunch. I want to add, I dont normally provide feedback and this is not the first time my order was wrong. My order is constantly wrong or missing items. I frequent fast food restaurants often, about 20 times a month. I love Jack it's one of my top faves burger wise. One month after 3 times in a row messing up my order, no meat on my hamburger (that's happened more than once), not adding ingredients I've paid extra for (bacon, jalapenos etc). I had enough and decided I won't go back to that location and I didn't for a month or so. So I either went to elsewhere or drove 30 minutes to the next Jack. We decided to give it another shot today and it was wrong again, I guess I thought the mobile order would be better? Well it wasn't, I will not return to this store, i want a refund for the food i didn't receive and I sincerely hope somewhere this is reflected. I'm not the only person whose orders are messed up from here. I'm not unreasonable, I understand mistakes happen, but so frequently with no regards. Inacceptable. Check the order if you go here. read more

Tried to place an ordeR ahead, called it in. Manager said sorry no because he thought it was a prank! I literally told him I was 10 minutes away. Smh I took my business elsewhere. The manager didn't give me any options or work around read more

The only reason I give this 1 star is because they actually got my order right!!! When I was sitting in the drive-thru, i noticed the guy didn't give me enough packets to suit my liking. So I ask for a specific number and, yes, he did put them in the bag. Guess who removes several of the packets!!!! The F*ing manager!!!! Not only that but I mentioned what he had done loud enough as I drove off and he heard and started laughing. I think someone needs a girlfriend!!! Oh yeah, and we got sick from the food too!!!! yuck! read more

So I just moved to Gold Canyon the 1st part of September and have only been here a couple of times! But there's this employee whose name is Daniel and he works the window! Totally awesome customer service. This guy doesn't need to be selling fast food! He's always happy and thorough! He really should be aiming higher than JB (not that there's anything wrong with working fast food) but he can, if he applies himself go places! Good job Daniel! See you soon!! read more

I'm not much for fast food but living in Gold Canyon, I catch myself here when I'm lazy and it's been the best Jack in the Box I've ever been to! Very friendly staff, especially Alexa! She's one of those employees that makes you smile or laugh every time you see her, even through the drive thru! And the food is always consistent. read more

When I come home to Arizona this is always my first stop for a meal/snack when I get off the plane! There are no Jack in the Box restaurants in VA, so this is always a nice treat. I've never had issues with food or customer service. More details coming soon! read more

This Jack in the Box never gets my order right, and when I do finally get whatever I order, it's always stale, overcooked, greasy, melted, etc. They serve their shakes hard as a rock, a real solid block of ice cream, so much so I can't even get the shake through the straw. By the time I can, the shake is completely melted and worthless. Friendly but incompetent staff. read more

A young girl named Taylor was very polite as my mother and I went through the drive thru. It is people like her that remind us that there are still kind hearts in this world. It may have just been a hamburger, but thank you for being sweet. read more
