Located in Gold Canyon in the Bashas' Parking lot with plenty of parking. Their drive thru has been clean, and easy to order the various times I've frequented in the last couple of decades. Their food is fairly decent considering fast food, and pleasantly surprised with the new fish sandwich. The staff have been very friendly and the drive thru has a very welcoming vibe to it. My friend told me this Jack In The Box is easy & convenient & has very good service & he's right! Another plus is the fact it's closer to my house than the one on Apache Trail. Set right as you get into Gold Canyon & located in the Basha's shopping center. It's quiet in here, the food is good, & it's clean & inviting. No I definitely do not recommend this jack in the box. The customer service is pathetic they make you wait at the drive through forever and they can see you so it's not like they are just too busy. There are literally no excuses for that. They also mess up every time and only give us half of our food. Just save your time and don't bother with this trash jack in the box. read more

Stopped off for a bite to eat after a round of golf. The staff was in confusion. We had to wait awhile before our order was ready. When I went up to the counter and asked how long, the gal apologized and said that the orders got screwed up. So I went back to my table and a few minutes later the gal came and asked what kind of milk shake we wanted, it's free because of the inconvenience. On this occasion, I was missing food from the order I placed and paid online through the mobile app. It was for pick up (delivery is not available in my area because how far this location is, no one offers delivery here in this small town). I called and after about 15 minutes or so someone finally picked up the phone. I spoke to the manager Krystal. She was rude and confrontational. She asked me what I wanted to do and I believe it's important to stress how far out of the way we are. It's a 15 minute drive to this location. If I go back to pick up what was missing my food would be cold. The food was my 4 year old daughter's lunch. I want to add, I dont normally provide feedback and this is not the first time my order was wrong. My order is constantly wrong or missing items. I frequent fast food restaurants often, about 20 times a month. I love Jack it's one of my top faves burger wise. One month after 3 times in a row messing up my order, no meat on my hamburger (that's happened more than once), not adding ingredients I've paid extra for (bacon, jalapenos etc). I had enough and decided I won't go back to that location and I didn't for a month or so. So I either went to elsewhere or drove 30 minutes to the next Jack. We decided to give it another shot today and it was wrong again, I guess I thought the mobile order would be better? The only reason I give this 1 star is because they actually got my order right!!! When I was sitting in the drive-thru, i noticed the guy didn't give me enough packets to suit my liking. So I ask for a specific number and, yes, he did put them in the bag. Guess who removes several of the packets!!!! The F*ing manager!!!! When I come home to Arizona this is always my first stop for a meal/snack when I get off the plane! There are no Jack in the Box restaurants in VA, so this is always a nice treat. I've never had issues with food or customer service. More details coming soon! read more

This Jack in the Box never gets my order right, and when I do finally get whatever I order, it's always stale, overcooked, greasy, melted, etc. They serve their shakes hard as a rock, a real solid block of ice cream, so much so I can't even get the shake through the straw.
