I come here almost every morning and grab breakfast or lunch. I love it because I can grab a lunch in the morning and just heat it up while I'm working. Somehow somewhere someone does not know how to add sausage on the loaded breakfast sandwich. Please someone teach them to add sausage on it. I've purchased it so many times it did not have sausage. I come here almost every single morning and I'm really tired of it. Their app also sucks for drinks. I grab food here and I get drinks at Wendy's. If they added even basic power aid here I would grab my drink here. I don't know what the y'all are doing, but some people don't drink sodas. read more

Dont go here! I tried to give them opp to fix what they messed up. Called and it just rang. Pretty simple order; ultimate cheeseburger combo NO ketchup---if only they would have obliged read more

I stopped by today and ordered two southwest chicken salads, 4 regular tacos, and curly fries. I got two salads with no dressing, no corn sticks, and only got 2 regular tacos. How hard is to complete a small order like this? I couldn't tell you if I was charged because I didn't get a receipt. Worst service. read more

When I got home I noticed that they gave me the WRONG BURGER after I had to tell the guy three times! I went back up there waisting my gas and he makes my order right and still charged me the difference after he inconvenienced me. This jack in the box SUCKS!!! read more

Always get my order right and are never too busy. It's open 24/7 unlike the one in Rowlett, which is very convenient for late night or early morning cravings. Every time I come hear, they always understand me good on the speakers and are very friendly. read more

Horrible. Ordered from Uber, missed 90% of the order, phone goes unanswered. 2nd time with the same place in a few months. Management needs an overhaul. read more

The cashier was very nice and the spicy chicken cluk sandwich was good but the mens restroom was disgusting and clearly has not been cleaned in sometime. The wife said no toilet paper was available in the ladies restroom. I won't go back there. read more

This Jack in the Box seriously needs to get their crap together. I came through the drive thru at 7:45 pm tonight & there was two cars in front of me. I ordered a cheesecake, a small fry, and two tacos with ketchup and hot sauce. When I got home, I looked in the bag & they seriously gave me 7 jalapeño poppers instead of the two tacos I ordered. They even threw the taco sauce in the bag! Like really! Three cars and you can't get a simple order right? I tried calling them and they picked it up and hit the end button every time. Horrible at their jobs. read more

Went through the drive thru and they got my order completely wrong. I ordered the crispy chicken on the Southwest salad and they put grilled chicken instead. I paid for an extra piece of chicken but did not receive it. I asked for Southwest dressing but got Ranch dressing instead. They have no clue. Don't bother going to this location. read more

I've worked here for years but recently they added a new crew member, between her and the cook this place has some health violations.. meat is kept in containers instead of warmers so people get cold meat. Shake machine never gets washed be prepared to get mold with that shake. Gloves are never worn at night. Even had a nail go in someone's burger but nothing was done. Trash is just dumped on the floor instead of inside a bag and disposed probably. Cook drinks while on the clock so now you know why she messes up your order. No certified members on duty. Children are allowed in the kitchen and put to work, 10 yr old does her moms job. I brought this to the supervisors only to be told if I wasn't happy I should move stores and I got removed from the schedule. Don't eat here if you want to get sick. read more

Very very very slow service! Waited about 25 minutes and then shorted out food order. Tried to call but of course that just hung up every time. So then I had to sit behind another 4 cars in the drive they to get my food that they forgot. I probably was there at least 45 minutes or more! read more

First of all customer service is always first in any business that's what makes businesses run and dwell on success and I get that COVID is an issue but when you have a guy serving any type of food his role is with his hands but with no gloves was even worse but us watching him pick his nose in process. Not only did it begin with not such friendly introduction it proceeded with unsanitary steps forward. Corporate should really look into this location with open eyes especially with pandemic happening, and even take a look at management on staff during this shift time and see if that's who they truly wanting to run a successful company moving forward read more

Went with friends and this place was dirty. The tables were sticky and had a mildew smell to them. The restaurant actually had a very foul smell. The drink machine needs to be throughly cleaned. There was what looked to be an entire drink spilled on the floor in front of the register with caution signs but sat there for a good 20 minutes (our wait) and there was plenty of staff (unfriendly)! They were out of ketchup which was weird. Once we got our food that we thought we'd be eating inside my friend and I just got our things and ate in the car. We have came here before but have always picked up drive through and there is always a nice Hispanic man who serves us and offers condiments for our orders! read more

I was on the way home from the airport and decided to stop here for food and after receiving my food and getting home I discovered that they hadn't given me all of my food (I was only missing a jr. bacon cheeseburger) and had not been given a receipt so when I got to the store I went through the drive thru since I had just been there and the lady at the window told me I needed a receipt so I replied that I didn't have one and she said wel you need one and I repeated exactly what I had ordered and she said that they didn't have it and weren't going to give me my food. I highly recommend not using this location read more

I am done patronizing these places, I can not get what I pay for. Rude service, wrong order and I am out of my money, I am officially done!!! The staff after 11pm is HORRIBLE!!! Seems like anybody can get hired. Its obvious you dont need any social skills or retaining of information, and they look miserable, whoever does the hiring needs to be FIRED! read more

Letty was extremely rude. She was not in uniform and after 10 repeats of my order, she would not correct it and told me I was wrong when I repeatedly asked her to fix it, I asked for a manager at the window, who was apologetic, but dismissive. I took my food home to learn that she still got the order wrong. I called the store repeatedly to resolve this issue because I could not drive back. However, they picked the phone up, said nothing, and hung up. I called about 20 times from three different numbers. They did this every time. I visit this specific store at least once a day. I feel highly disappointed and frankly, disrespected by these actions. read more

I have lived down the street from this Jack in the Box for over 10 years. In the last 6 months it has declined to the point that I will only go if it's a last resort. Out of the last 3 visits my order has been wrong 2 of those times. Unfortunately, I was already home so was unable to get a correct order. Tried to call the last time and no one would answer the phone. It's usually around 11:30pm when I go because I have just gotten off from work. If there is one car, 3 cars or even no cars ahead of me, the wait is always extremely long. 3 out of the last 5 or 6 times I've been there, once I've paid, the employee has asked me to back up and wait. The last time she asked me to do this, I asked her why I was having to do this. She replied that "her manager makes her ask customers because it resets the clock". I asked, is it because y'all don't want Corporate knowing how long we have been waiting and she replied, "yes". I refused to back up and told her I would be contacting corporate. I actually went inside one evening last week because the drive thru was 6 cars deep. It was was dirty and disgusting inside, I almost lost my appetite. Tables were dirty; trash on the floor and counters; the drink area was disgusting! This was at 11:30pm and only two customers inside besides me. read more
