This place should be closed down! The tables, floors are dirty. The ceiling tiles are leaking and look like the mold and dirt will fall in your food. My order was simple, egg rolls and French toast sticks. The egg rolls were cold and the French toast sticks had funny taste like the oil cooked in was old. I went to counter to tell them, mind you I'm the only customer. It took forever to get some movement on new food, staff looked confused. Thrn when new egg rolls come out, staff sticks it with thermometer that doesn't look clean. I just walked out frustrated. If ordering from here using doordash, be prepared for them to ignore any sauce requirements or requests no matter what you order. Also expect no napkins. Worse if you plan to make a large order they may forget half your order... literally half... like three entire fries and two main meal items... along with tacos that should be with a meal. Went here for lunch today. Food was as ordered and staff was friendly at first. I like to get my favorite burger here with no sauce except their taco sauce oddly. Drenched! I ordered mt burger dry and at the window when they asked me to pull up to have my food brought out I went ahead and asked for a handful of taco sauce. The lady at the window (seemed new), told them what I said in an asking way. There was a guy in the back she was looking at who was doing nothing and began to say no. I said yes I ordered a completely dry burger and curly fries I'm not asking for a ketchup for those fires or anything I think I can get taco sauce, I'm not asking for a more expensive ranch dip or anything, I think my burger having some type of wetness is not too much to ask. He begins to say more and the lady shuts the window looking back as he talks. She later comes back and says sorry we can't give any maybe only 1 and asks me to move up. I repeat, I want multiple and napkins, thanks. I move up, the obviously too rude to let the customer hear guy bring out my order shaking his head, he says I put a few but you can't have that many. He keeps trying to tell me over and over and over, I'm asking sir, how much do they cost? whats the new policy? these are the cheapest thing in the store, I shouldn't have to have an ultimate cheese burger with that much meat, cheese, and bread and can't swallow. He tried to tell me and leave like basically telling me finally answer then he says I can call the manager. I ask him to please call the manager. I'm not sure who the middle man boss was but the manager came right out with sauces in hand. He did explain that they are back on a demand from above to use and provide minimum supplies but told me he'd retrain because in that case they are more familiar with folks talking too much buttermilk and the taco sauces are not such a big deal to upset a customer over. Always my default grab when I'm starving, can't make up my mind or need something super quick... Service is standard, nothing special but I don't expect too much from fast food places. I enjoy the stuffed jalapenos with their butter milk ranch or the nuggets with their bbq sauce. They are open 24hrs and in this are there aren't a ton of options. read more

The worst restroom I have ever encountered. My walking cane's rubber tip slipped all over the place, my shoes too. I used the facility and went to the counter. I waited for a very inefficient manager named Julie to finish a couple of people ahead of me. Then, in my most pleasant voice I told her about the men's room. Her response was thay did not go into the men's room. It needs urgent cleaning I told her. After she took my order, she went and cleaned it. I informed the other lady that I was going to my car and coming to the window since I could not stand inside for long. When I got to the window, Julie handed me my cheeseburger and 3 stuffed jalapenos. I drove off and when I opened my food at Bryan Beach, I found 4 jalapenos. Now I know it's not exactly a shocker to see a low rating on a chain restaurant but trust me when I say this is a well deserved one star. This rating has nothing to do with the food, same quality and menu you would expect at any Jack in the Box. This rating is all about the service and the cleanliness of this particular establishment. I had thought the review in 2012 of the poor restroom standards may have been a onetime thing but here we are a year later with nasty restrooms. I won't describe to you what my senses went through upon entering but I think that speaks pretty clearly on its own. As for the service, all I can say is don't expect fast food. I waited nearly 20 minutes for a breakfast sandwich and coffee. There aren't a lot of options in the area but there are three Jack in the Boxes in the area. Try one of the others. read more

Everytime I come thru the drive thru they always take longer then usual and the burgers don't look cooked thoroughly. I do give 2 stars because some of the employees are friendly and plus the shakes are good. But seriously make that drive to Chik fila it's worth it! read more

The folks who work here really try but I don't understand how on two different occasions how I get 7 or 8 pieces of chicken nuggets in a 10 count box? Is it really that hard to count to 10?
