I cannot say enough good things this location and the amazing staff. Food is always fresh, and customer service is by far some of the best. The employees are friendly and get to know their "regulars". It's amazing how small gestures, a smile, a little conversation when you are having a bad day can make such a big difference. To Managment: your employees are awesome, I appreciate their kindness, and have had the pleasure of getting to know some of them on a more personal level. I went to Jack in the Box store # 5311 and ordered two homestyle chicken sandwich meals with curly fries and fountain drinks. I also ordered onion rings, mini churros, and a cheesecake. I asked for the sandwiches to be plain without any sauce because I have a gastrointestinal disease that restricts me from eating anything spicy. I was alarmed to find out that one of the meals came with a spicy patty. I immediately called the store and asked for the manager. I was told there was no manager working there that evening and that I would have to speak with Araceli T. Araceli said her staff doesn't make spicy sandwich mistakes and they know the difference between spicy and non-spicy patties. She started to argue with me. She finally said she would have to check with her cook. I assured her that I received the wrong patty and that I did not live close so I can't just drive back. I shared that I would bring the meal back the next day so she can see the spicy patty for herself. #1. Well, her staff should be able to know spicy from non-spicy chicken patties especially if they are preparing them. #2. Why argue with the customer especially when I said I can bring it back to you to verify the next day. #3. When a customer orders a meal it needs to be correct. I have special dietary needs and I ordered within my medical guidelines. #4. My entire meal was ruined and I lost dinner time with my daughter trying to correct someone else's mistake. I lose gas going back there to take the meal back and speak with a manager. Also, I have to deal with an upset stomach, cramps, and bathroom problems thanks to this mistake. #5. First off, when I went through the drive through line not only could I not hear myself think over the giant broken fan above the window, but I also waited an absurdly long time for my order. Like an almost 20 minute wait. Talk about "fast" food. I ordered a sourdough jack and a curly fry. The sourdough jack seemed like it was made hours ago and left sitting. The bread was so soggy it was practically inedible and the patty was cold. Oh and the fries tasted like cardboard too. I went back in and asked for a different burger; I chose the jumbo jack instead. This time the lettuce was wilted almost rotting and the entire burger was drowning in sauce. Disgusting. I had them refund my entire order because that's ridiculous. The whipped cream and cherry is included in the price, and you want to ask me if it's fine after I pay. Why would you not ask before I paid? I'm also not going to make it a hassle for a refund, but you would think it would be common sense that if you don't have something, and it's included in the price, you would ask the customer if it's fine. It was a dark and stormy night, directly after a difficult leg day with my close friends. Exhausted, hungry, and delirious, we all were as we decided to visit Jack in the Box in Eagle Glen. Where do I begin on how horrendous of an experience this really was. First off, after pulling up to the drive through in deafening rain, the voice of the thing inside taking our order could not hear us whatsoever. The first thing that we asked was for THREE separate orders so we could all pay on our own. Not too hard right? WRONG! After minutes of screaming into the intercom in order for the worker to hear us, especially regarding a certain unsweetened iced tea, we finished our first two orders. However, the worker said, "okay see you at the window" and did what we can only assume as sprint away from the intercom. However we still had another order. So we stayed and tried to get its attention for multiple minutes, it came back onto the intercom and said "sorry, I can only do 2 orders" this is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard in my life. sarcastically, I said "what do you want us to do? Loop around again in the pouring rain?" "YES! or you could come inside" it said hello? It's pouring rain and we are already here, with people behind us and in front of us in line. WHY COULD YOU NOT PUT ANOTHER ORDER IN? we questioned this for a few moments and got no answer back from the worker. After pulling up to the window in fury, we got our first two orders and parked. After that, we walked through the pouring rain in 40 degree weather because the MORON inside didn't want to put another order in. Husband went thru drive thru around 11:20 AM on a Friday after being on the road for 5 hours. Got home, open bags and received the saddest looking bacon ultimate cheeseburger with zero bacon, tiny pieces of curly fries and I mean 1/2 inch to inch pieces with a few larger fries. I had seen the commercials about them and though I did not have high expectations after eating their other regular size fried tacos (which I like for some strange reason), I thought that they would at least be something better than the slop (sorry) they served us. Food quality is always great, customer service is always decent enough but my goodness they frequently forget to give you all of your food. I once waited in their long drive thru line only for them to forget to give me syrup with my French toast sticks. There were already around 10 cars in line so I didn't want to get back in line. I tried calling since the inside was closed but they didn't answer. The next time I went, I ordered chicken nuggets and they gave me jalapeño poppers instead. I only came here out of convenience since it was right down the hill from where we golfed. This morning we hit the Jack in our own hood and I had a terrible "fake" iced coffee. I didn't expect to receive an identically poor one again...and so soon. ICED ORIGINAL COFFEE (large) -- If I wanted a large milk, I would have ordered a large milk. The color is barely off white and almost a pure white. It tastes like somebody dropped one tablespoon of medium roast coffee in a 24 ounce container of milk. This isn't even a latte. I have seen this problem with them before and a serious lack of CONSISTENCY with their iced coffee from time to time. Truth-be-told, we aren't coming to the Jack for fantastic cold brew coffee, but c'mon man, at least aspire to being "decent". When they do it better, it is always still a little too milky but it has clear coffee taste and sometimes it can even be fairly bold with moderate sugar. Personally I would rather have good balance between coffee and milk and less sugar, but that is me. When I got this "milk bomb" home, I added 5-6 shots of medium-dark cold coffee to make this thing right. If this keeps up, we'll just return to the Dunkin' where at least they are consistent and the taste is pretty good. read more

This is the worst experience ever. We had gone because of how close it was to home. The girl who took our order was so rude, and honestly ticked me off. This whole sordid episode could have been avoided if not for,the inept on duty cook staff at the Jack in the Box, near our home. We parked in the parking lot and,my wife put our order into the app which offered a free'Large egg roll', with any online order, so my wife clicked on that and made the order.We started to the drive through window. We collected our order and pulled up to allow the patrons behind us to pull forward. After checking our order the Large egg roll was not included, so we had to go around to the drive through window to be met by April who introduced herself as the person in charge when we asked for the manager. Enter Melissa: while we were trying to converse with April, from out of nowhere a hostile, pugnacious, belligerent Melissa charges the take-out window and starts yelling at us at the top of her peevish young lungs and we are thinking who the Hell is this?!?! As we drove away we could hear both April and Melissa heckling us out of the drive-through window After 50 years of being loyal patrons of Jack in the Box, we are through. The crew that works the Saturday and Sunday shift from 5am to 6am has provided nothing but excellent customer service. The food has been hot and correct for the last 6 months. Since COVID and telecommuting I only go to work twice a week now, and the cashiers and workers are a highlight of my week. Keep up the great work.
