So I placed an order on the Jack App for two Jumbo Jacks. The App doesn't allow you to make additions like mustard! It also doesn't allow extra onion or tomato. Corporate needs to work on that. When I asked the front counter manager to add mustard, she was very short, matter of fact and told me that she would do it this one time but that I needed to order properly or add mustard myself! Super rude!! I tried to explain that many locations don't have packets of mustard and she legit said "I don't care about other locations "! After all that, the kitchen still didn't put the freaking mustard on either burger. When I went to the counter to say something, she insisted that it was done. This manager should not be working in a service business as the up front person. She is short and rude to most customers, makes no connection with customers and basically throws stuff at you like you're just bothering her! Come on Jack, you can do better! read more

MANAGEMENT check your cameras and audio We backed out of your drive though on 9/20 at approx at 9;31 pm because we were verbally assaulted by your ~ So called manger Arturo .... Shouting fuck you fuck you and on and on all because he couldn't hear our order clear enough through the speaker mechanism this was a horrific and astonishing incident to say the least how can anyone in hospitality customer service / food service possibly justify this in any form . And let alone at any time of the day customer service should always be a primary concern...? I will continue to try and connect to Get resolution because no one should be treated this way ~ btw I was willing to offer grace perhaps he was having a bad day but he kept on and literary this was so unacceptable and out of pocket upon detoxing away as I went tot he McDonald's drive through juts thinking how obscure and unwanted that treatment was Again I hope he's get some answers help acknowledgment to this unfortunate and unacceptable incident read more

I placed an order on the app and they're so rude about it cause I showed up five minutes after I ordered it in the drive-through.

Just took my 2 tacos back after I ordered 4, the person running the drive thru confirmed to me three times it was 4 tacos and then I guess they charged me for two and when I didn't want to pay double tax on a solo taco order they took 2 of the tacos out of my bag and placed them on the counter. You made the mistake. You should have given me the tacos since it was entirely the stores mistake and now I'm short two tacos. Ridiculous. I come here occasionally and now never again. Second time something like this has happened at this location and it's jack in the box.....why would I come back when there is other garbage literally everywhere else that gets it right more often. Unbelievable. read more

Went to the drive up today. Person was either not listening, poor quality microphone or a language barrier. Kept repeating our order back wrong. We would correct and nicely but she got an attitude to the point we said forget it and went elsewhere. Last time I will go to that location as you can't get attitude with a customer when they are trying their best to get the order correct. read more

When it comes to Jack-in-the-Box in Camarillo, it is cursed situation. Both locations have terrible service and mediocre cooks. Whereas Newbury Park and Oxnard (Near Groc Out) have good cooks and worth-eating menu. In Camarillo, you can be sure key ingredients will be left out or they will get the order wrong. For the 93012 customers, the service is what stinks the most. I had some skinny, kid give me grief for not saying please or thank you after she went diva after I asked for ketchup in a soft but audible and questioning tone. She also forgot to give me my soda which was less of of an issue as their soda machine was once again broke, and I had to get a Sprite. Neighbors don't let neighbors drink Sprite unless alcohol is being added. My hope was that HQ would have shut these two 'restaurants' down so a better chain could move in- say Chick-fil-A or a Wendy's. Still hoping! read more

Just moved near this location, and have been going after work a few times later in the night. Every time it's the man who is super rude and always gets the orders wrong. Light skinned skinny guy with an accent. Always ask for sauces and never gives the right ones and when you wait for him to come back to the window so you can get them, he ignores you purposely. Then is rude as if it was your fault. Always gets the food order wrong as well. Has happened over 3 times in the last month. Guess I'll drive extra to go to the one on daily due to him. read more

Fries were cold, but the thing that bothered me most was that they no longer offer diet soda. Only choices for no/low calorie drinks were water (probably tap water) & sparkling water. This sucks when you pay around $3 for a drink. I probably won't be back. read more

If I could give O stars, I would. Decided I wanted to try Jack in the box for breakfast this morning. I don't go too often and as have never had their breakfast, so I was thoroughly looking over the menu trying to decide what everyone would like (I was buying for 2 adults and 4 kids). I took no longer than 2 minutes, and in that 2 minutes I was asked 3 times if I was ready. I told her not quite and on the last ask, she rudely told me I was taking too long. I told her there was no one behind me and she said "Ok" with so much attitude. I then decided to just drive thru and eat elsewhere! As I was driving past the window, a younger girl apologized and let me know it wasn't her that was being rude on the mic. Clearly, even she knew the older lady was in the wrong and I feel bad she has to work with such a grump. Unless you want a bad start to your day, don't go to this location. read more

Though the servers are pleasant and courteous, the bathrooms are disappointing!!!!! Very dirty all over. The sink had dirt all over land looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months!!! Only o e bathroom was available so I couldn't tell what was wrong with the other. read more

Very dirty restaurant. Might be safe with the French fries..... I had to stop going when my wife got sick. Projectile vomiting. Very bad evening after this happened. Reached out to them online for a response. Guess what? Cricket....no response....I will go to the Jack in the Box on Daily Drive. read more

PRICE GOUGING HAPPENING HERE. Last week the burger was $7.19, even still has the price listed on the order signage, yet today the burger was $8.19. WHY?! Inflation is down, gas is down, economy is up! Why are you charging a whole dollar more for this garbage burger with cold cheese?! Nothing changed. This is pure greed by the owners of this franchise and they know it. Do not eat at this location. I wish I could know of the other locations this owner or llc owns, avoid at all costs! read more

As of today, this is my last visit to Jack in the Box. Two smash burgers and one order of fries totaled $21.42. Your lousy fast food is not worth $21.42. NEVER AGAIN ! read more

This jack in the box has some great employees but there is one lady i believe she is the manager. She has a dress kind of shirt on and everytime i go to get some food for lunch she always looks angry and whenever i ask for specific things like condiments she makes and ugly mad/annoyed face which to me is a terrible way to greet your guests and whenever i ask for said condiments she only gives 2 of them or asks "how many do you need" and i say "a lot please" and with that she gets an attitude and asks "well how much is a lot" with the worst attitude you can imagine. i believe she should be fired or talked to about respecting people that are bringing business to this specific location and basically as the consumers were paying for her paycheck. She needs a real life check!!!! read more

Horrible food. Worst JnB i've been to. Why?!?!?!?!? I love jack n the box so i don't understand why this is so bad

My grilled cheese was cold when I was going to eat it so I decided not to eat it. And I am not happy about it.

I eat at Jack-in-the-Box at least once a week I have gone to different Jack-in-the-Box. I have gone to many of them in Ventura County and this is the first Jack-in-the-Box that said they cannot cut my burger in half. I always get it cut in half because I can't eat the whole burger so I save the other half for later and they told me due to sanitary reasons they cannot cut it in half even though they are touching my sandwich already, I think this Jack-in-the-Box is just being lazy The manager on duty is Erica. I don't know if I'm spelling it correctly but I'm just very shocked that they're saying this is due to sanitary reasons. You're already touching my burger to put the lettuce on it when you're already touching my burger to put the tomato and the cheese and the meat and the mayo but you can't cut it in half. They should've just said we don't do it here instead of saying sanitary reasons because to me this makes no sense whatsoever. And of course to top they tell me they're going to put a fork in a knife in the bag so I can cut it myself and I just realize they never put the fork or the knife in the bag... read more

Came here on 1-23-24. WTF this place has gone to shit. The tacos were disgustingly greasy and tasted like a year old grease pit. The atmosphere is completely different What happened to the friendly faces, workers there look unhappy and miserable, I've been there before and the workers were always so pleasant and courteous. And now things seem like they are walking on pins and needles. I only gave this place 1 star because I can't give it any less. Is this place under new management or what????!!!! This place sucks and has lost my business. read more

We always receive exceptional service when going to this location. Our food is always freshly made and there is never an issue with our order. Best Jack in the Box yet. read more

They bring the food to your table...super nice and friendly people. Thanks Angelica Really fast, cheap and great breakfast Jacks and spicy hard shell tacos but the star is the 3 piece eggs rolls. Love the Chinese egg rolls: cabbage with pork in a crispy hot wrap is just good especially when you get the flavor of pork with cooked cabbage. No sauce needed, the flavors are just comfort food. I just wish they would carry whitepepper at Costco now. It works really well with pork in the rolls. read more

We were hungry and stopped at this nice and clean looking jack in the box, ordered several orders of chicken tenders (or breaded chicken), stuffed jalapeño and fries. All four orders of chicken tenders were pink and slimy inside. We showed Juan Garcia the manager and he said it was cooked, it was cooked like all the other chicken and so on. My husband requested new orders of chicken and they were cooked - after attitude and denial. To make a long story short. Raw pink slimy chicken can make you hospital sick. Do not eat there. read more

I recently visited this Jack in the Box on 9/16/23 at 12:30 am and placed an order in the drive through that was rather large, approximately 50 dollars worth of food. About half way through my order after I paused while reading off the list of orders I planned on purchasing. The cashier stated he "wanted to punch this guy." I simply was placing an order in the quickest way I could. The inconsideration from staff on scene was completely absurd and had zero respect for a customer. When he was questioned on his comment he stated he "was talking to someone else" and completely dismissed my concern. Either Jack in the Box Camarillo has no respect for their customers, or the employees have no respect for one another. Either way this kind of comment should have zero tolerance in the eyes of customer service or in the work place at all. When I asked to speak to a supervisor he stated there wasn't one on shift and then made us wait 20 plus minutes before he brought us our order. Moving further I will contribute my business to other restaurants as I am extremely shocked by the level of disrespect at this location. read more

The food quality has gone down hill so much it's sad. Not that it was ever great but now it's just pathetic. Won't be going back.

4 Tacos please, no cheese thank you... is that a complicated order? Of course all 4 tacos have cheese. Funny thing is my order was correct on the screen! Too bad the workers dont care what you order, cuz they're gonna make what's easier too make... and these workers want more money and cant even handle simple instructions.. the manager should be fired,he handed my food while knowing it was incorrect.. This Jack in a Box is a joke and so are all those dumbass workers! You've been warned.. read more

After accepting a written Yelp apology from this locations manager, I tried to order breakfast one more time. I'm disgusted and appalled at the fact that they repeated the same EXACT error in my order. I specifically asked for "no meat" and I had bacon in my burrito. I think this location is either incompetent or racist. I have made it clear that for religious purposes, I cannot eat pork. They all know me. I'm the ONLY one who has ordered this. I'm calling corporate today! Zero stars if I could read more

This location only cares about their drive through customers went here for an online order walked into location and took them ten minutes to go to the counter and ask me for help, I have them my name I'm picking up from and they said they were working on it then I saw them fulfill a new order through the drive through and take the last curly fries which is all I was waiting on for my online order then had to wait 5 more minutes for them to get fries while my tacos sit there for 15 minutes already getting cold poor customer service and just blatantly ignore customers in the lobby and online orders, must be concentrating on that drive through clock, this happened Wednesday September 28th at 6:26pm. read more
