A nice great looking place and friendly. My food always be tasting good!! But the soda on the drive thru is a hit and miss sometimes. Sometimes my Dr.pepper end up getting different flavors from different sodas from the same soda machine. But that's what happen in the drive thru sometimes. I think all jack in a box places have that same soda machine, but nothing beats ice cold water read more

Super Clean! I have never been to such a clean Jack In the Box. Immediately you could feel the cleanliness. I think the food tasted even better because it was so clean. Service was great super friendly staff. Will definitely share this location. See pictures. read more

I come to this jack in the box off and on as I get fuel next door at the pilot.. The food is always hot and fresh and the employees are very polite and friendly.. This time it was around 5am. nobody in the drive-through and nobody inside. I ordered an extreme sausage sandwich. I was in the drive-through for nine minutes. This is normal for this location.. I am not sure why? I felt bad for the guy behind me that also waited that time for just a iced coffee as it sat there by the window. I don't mind the increase in price, but fast food is supposed to be fast.. read more

Ordered a chicken Sandwich, I got the wrong order...Not only the wrong order but was also chared 14+ dollars and they gave me the wrong receipt. Didn't check the bag until I got home. I can't dispute the charge with my bank because they need a copy of the receipt. Stuff like this is unacceptable, Now I'm out of the money! This place fell off BIG TIME. Rehire new managers. Place is trash now, wrong orders constantly non stop, no sauce, no napkins....they screw up everything now on almost every order. Absolutely unaccpetable. Avoid this location. And on my previous reviews I had nothing but good things to say but this is how it always goes with these places. They open and have all the best workers and then go strait to trash. Never in my life did I have such poor service and attitude from someone over burgers that were made "fresh" I had to ask for a 2nd opinion and had someone else try my food that I ordered I asked am I trippin? Or does it taste weird she ripped off a piece of my burger and gagged and spit it out. I called and told the employees at this location that it tasted not fresh and rotten and they said they would give me new burgers but I no longer had the appetite to get the same jr bacons which I bought 2 because I no longer trusted the patty meat in it I asked if it was possible to just get 1 chicken sandwich and she said no and gave me the same thing and it still had the same problem and I had to waste money and food and also get a rude employee which is very sad. My experience at this Jack in the Box location in the morning was very disappointing. The service was terrible and the manager wasn't being a leader and did not lead the workers as a team they looked very stressed out because of how unorganized they were. My family and I were waiting until one of the workers took our order but nobody came and we ordered on the kiosk. When my mom went to get our food the manager said is this yours in a totally different tone and mind you my mom had her receipt in her hand. When we got our food we were missing some items and drinks. My mom also asked for sauces and the manager said in a mean tone oh let me check if we have some. Also before we got there, there was a Fedex worker and he ordered way before us we got our food and he didn't get his until maybe like an hour later he got his food. He got a sandwich and a drink and it took the worker maybe more than an hour for his order. And there was this food delivery man who picked up a bag of food and they were so unorganized that he almost left without the other bag of food not knowing if they were missing or not. The hash browns were soggy and had so much grease. All the tables weren't cleaned and had crumbs when we sat down in a booth there were crumbs everywhere. I will not be eating again, this was an overall terrible experience here. read more

Very very clean, food is always hot and great. Workers are super nice and friendly and very attentive. I'm here and heard the way the manager talks to them and honestly it's very disrespectful and demeaning, he snapped his fingers at an employee and told them they're walking to slow.... Come on brother... they are amazing workers and do a great job, cut them some slack and let them enjoy their job before they start quitting on you. Drive thru order total 11.71. I handed the cashier 100.00 bill only cash on hand. She handed me food and drink. I asked for my change!!! Male returned with change. I leave 7mins into drive I count out money it's 48.00!! I call and explained the transaction. The Manager Byrant said hold on he gets back on saying she said you paid with a 50.00 bill!! So I reply so if I paid with a 50.00 bill and my total was 11.71?? I told him I'm coming back now. I get there he said he dropped the 100.00 in safe.. I told HIM I WANT MY MONEY. HE'S NERVOUS AND FUMBLING HIS WORDS. He comes back with paperwork and rambling about counting all the money in register and he handed me 88.00 dollars. I had corporate on line the whole time. I've filed a complaint with Jack in box and better business. I just wanted something too eat after 4 14hrs shifts this week. While I wanted too take matters in my hands!!
