Excellent tacos, reminded me of eating tacos in TJ. Cashier very nice, restaurant very clean.

Ok I'm going to start with service!, this place was empty, just me literally, 2 cars in the drive thru, I decided to eat inside, I had to wait because the cashier was taking orders for the drive thru so I waited like 7 minutes, but let me clarify she was very very nice, very good service, clean place, I ordered a coke and I she gave me a cup with ice, the tacos are good, asada used to be better at this location l, they are ok , the tortillas are homemade and honestly very good taste, the pastor was very good, salsa good, a lot of meat on it, I would give them a 3.5 read more

3* Another one of those places that were voted best of the IE. Again, not sure who votes on these things or what criteria are set to qualify, but I will say these are middle of the road tacos. Not the best even within the same vicinity. I was looking to order a variety of tacos to get a wide range of flavors. However, their menu is limited during the week and the cuts like cabeza and cachete are only offered on the weekends. I was limited to asada and adobada. While the tacos are a good size for the price I will say none of the flavors stood out in a positive way. The asada in particular I was tasting hours after eating. Not very pleasant. The adobada tacos were pretty bland in flavor, but were packed with pork. So, as said earlier you get a bang for your buck but flavor wise they leave much to be desired. I took my order to go, but one thing I have noticed is that the restaurant itself is always empty inside so how they were voted the best is puzzling. In short, come by and taste them for yourself. Maybe I stopped by one a bad day so you be the judge. read more

The tacos here are good, but if you're going through the drive-through, be prepared for a long wait. Bring a book or a friend to catch up with--you'll spend about half an hour just to reach the window, plus another 10 minutes before you get your food. The tacos are small but come with generous portions. The cabeza tacos are almost great, but they need more flavor. Right now, the meat comes with plenty of salt but no seasoning, and they even hand out salt packs. That doesn't really solve the problem. As a goodwill suggestion: try using Goya Adobo and cooking the meat with garlic, onion, cilantro, bay leaf, a clove or two, and a couple of allspice. Trust me, that combination will give the tacos authentic Tijuana-style flavor. That's the secret to a successful restaurant--whether fancy or mom-and-pop--it's all in the flavor. I hope La Central can improve both the wait times and the seasoning. With those changes, these tacos could truly shine. read more

Tacos are delish come here whenever we want authentic tacos highly recommend our favorites are chorizo and adobada

The adobada tacos there are fire ! The employees there all always friendly . It's definitely a place you have to try

Tacos estilo Tijuana? No way!!!! Stay away from this place ! I went to try their tacos for the first time, and I decided that I will never go back. First , I asked them what kind of meat was the birria and none of the workers were able to say what kind it is. They said " we don't know , they just give us the meat and we sell it". Second, tacos are super grease and the guacamole they put over the tacos is NOT guacamole... who knows what they use. Do not waste your money here. read more

Hey there! I just wanted to share my excitement about the incredible tacos I tried at Tacos La Central in Rialto. They offer delicious marinated beef, pork meat, and spicy pork tacos bursting with flavor. One bite took me back to the streets of Tijuana , and it was such a delightful experience. The best part is that you can enjoy these fantastic tacos right here in Rialto without making the trip to Tijuana. The customer service at Rialto was excellent, and the chef, and cooks, really know how to work their magic. Plus, at $3.25 per taco or $6.75 for a Mulitas, and the amazing Consome De birria for $3.25 it's an incredible deal. What more could you ask for? Thank you, TACOS LA CENTRAL read more

Finally a taco spot with Adobada!! I've only had Adobabda from Tacos El Gordo in Vegas and these are pretty comparable. The adobabda here is charred but not burnt and not dry either. Super flavorful. Their salsas are lacking flavor. I wish they had a green salsa. I love that they have a drive thru. So convenient! Kinda far from me, but if I'm ever in the area, I'll will definitely stop by! read more

Man talk about TJ style tacos hell yeah this is a go to for tacos I think they are closed some days check out the hours.

I'm mad I've passed by this place before thinking they were closed. Their chorizo and Al pastor tacos were amazing. At first I thought it was pricey but when you get them you realize that they're worth it. The most generous portions I've seen in both meat and guacamole in a taco. My toddler ate so much of the meat and guac and there was still enough to make regular tacos. Asada is mid though. Lighting needs some work. read more

Tacos La Central - Asada tacos - Tacos Near Me - Rialto, California

The adobado is the best I've had around here! The asada.... needs a little more toasting for my liking, but it's decent. The tortillas could also use some extra toasting to prevent soggy. Next time, I'll have to ask for the guacamole to be placed on the side, but keeping the salsa it is flavorful. Mulitas are good. Portion to price is perfect and generous! Didn't receive my complete order, so I'll have to make another trip to try the chicken and birria. Overall, yes, I'll be coming back. Customer service wise, friendly and welcoming. Loved witnessing the interaction between coworkers (wholesome). The environment was clean. read more

Try the mulita adobada. Wow one of the best mulitas I've ever had--the cheese was grilled to a crisp patty and all of the flavors combined into what tasted like heaven in a meal. I did try the asada taco and chicken taco -- the meats had a very distinct smokey taste to them which I appreciated, but the tacos were just overshadowed by the mulita. Definitely will come back for this authentic Tijuana deliciousness! read more

Got the asada tacos, I'm pretty sure they were frozen and microwaved because when I received the tacos, the tray was wet on the bottom and the tortillas broke apart as tried lifting the tacos. The flavor wasn't all that great and was not evenly seasoned as there were salty chunks and some parts weren't seasoned as well. The Colton location is better. read more

Guacamole on tacos is just the best! After hearing some good things about this place I decided to give it a try. 2.25 for a very good sized taco with Guacamole? What a deal! And let me tell you, this taco was juicy as hell and very tasty. The asada taco was my favorite, but I have to say that the Adobado was kinda off for me. The other reason I couldn't give a 5th star is because they don't have any diet soda or Horchata/Piña/Tamarindo. read more

Food is always good. A lot better than most places definitely must have. They do not skimp out on the meat or guacamole

The superstar is the Carne Asada! It has that smoky wood burning grill taste, just like you find in TJ. The creamy guacamole is TJ too, it smooth's out the smokiness of the meat. The Cabeza and Cachete are good too, they are soft and the green chile is nice and spicy. But my big complaint is the white paper they wrap the taco. It sticks to the tortilla, so when I tried pealing it off it tore the tortillas making it difficult to eat. This paper tore apart all of my six tacos. THIS WRAPING PAPER MUST GO!! I believe they need a fountain drink station and some agua frescas, right now they only have limited bottled sodas. The place is clean and the employees are great (they all speak English). They also accept credit card. read more

Tacos La Central - Left to right: 2 beef cheek (cachete), 2 beef head (cabeza), and 2 carne asada. A side of guacamole. - Tacos Near Me - Rialto, California

Checked this location out on a Friday night. There was a line but nothing too bad. It was a chilly night so I'm glad this location has indoor seating! Tried out tacos de adobada (marinated pork), cabeza (head), asada (beef), pollo (chicken) and chorizo (pork sausage). Also got some mulitas for the kids. Mulitas are basically a cheese quesadilla with any meat of your choice inside. I'm Mexican and grew up in the southern most city of San Diego before crossing the border into TIjuana (San Ysidro) Needless to say living in Orange County always has me on a quest for the most delicious tacos because I miss and crave the taste of real deal TJ style tacos. That being said, Tacos La Central ARE THE REAL DEAL. They are owned and operated by Tijuanenses. One who comes from a long family history in the TJ taco scene. So trust me when I tell you they are LEGIT! The only difference (which I know consumers will love and appreciate) is that they PACK ON THE MEAT! You have meat spilling out of your taco with every bite, that's a good thing!! All you need to do is pick it right back up with your finger, fork, or left over tortilla! Now my biggest pet peeve and what I normally come across in asada tacos, is a bunch of fatty bits of meat that are tough and hard to chew. I'm always picking them out of my taco. But not at Tacos La Central!! I ATE EVERY PIECE OF CHOPPED UP ASADA IN MY TACOS! So this tells me they are using QUALITY MEATS! The adobaba tacos are always my favorite. They seasoned, cooked, and cut theirs to perfection! Yum!! Next, tacos de cabeza (head). Sounds scary but it's really not. They take the meat (only) off a cows head and steam cook it (al vapor). Proper way to eat this is with a squeeze of lime and a dash of salt to your liking. I love that they leave you to add the salt, it's a good thing if you are trying to keep things healthier in your diet. I had 4 tacos and was so full! I will definitely be making the trek back to Tacos La Central when I'm craving AUTHENTIC TJ TACOS!! read more

I love street tacos handmade tortillas are a bonus. They have an avocado salsa that is amazing. Almost taste liKe the avocadoless salsa taco spots are known for making. I was extremely excited because you can smell the char as you walk in. The asada however had no flavor. All I could taste was the smokiness. I know sometimes people forget to season their food so I would give it another try but even the chicken was lacking flavor. They offer salt packets and fresh cut limes which made my food tasty. I had one asada tacos, one chicken taco and mulitas. They give you heavy meat servings so I think it's worth the money they charge i just wish it had actual seasoning. I will be giving it another chance in the future. Great thing about it is we all have different taste buds and you will be the best person to give them your own opinion. read more
