ordered the same burger 3 times and got it wrong each time, tried again a couple days later and same problem.

On the evening of December 20,2025, my husband and I ordered a sour dough burger no tomatoes, and an ultimate cheeseburger. It was our fault that we didn't check our food before we left the restaurant. When we got home, we had 2 sour dough burgers with tomatoes. My husband took the food back to the establishment and the lady looked at the receipt and showed the two cooks that our order was incorrect. The two cooks were very unprofessional by making loud comments, cursing, and downplaying their mistakes. The lady apologized to my husband and assured him that we would get the correct order. When the cooks finished our order, one of the went to the counter and said, "here you go" and walked off. There was another customer there that thought it was their order and asked and the cook said, "naw him." What in the hell kind of service is this? If the cooks in our shoes, they would have done the same thing we did. Poor customer service and we will not be going to Jack in the Box in Bellmead, Texas ever again. I'm pretty sure no one cares, but at least they won't be getting our dollars. read more

I was in Waco for a meeting and needed a quick lunch before heading home to Fort Worth. Jack was close by to the Interstate and an "easy off and easy on" so it was the perfect place to stop by. I didn't go in, I used the drive-thru. I ordered a couple of tacos, some stuffed jalapenos poppers, and a drink. Service was quick and the food was what I expected from a Jack In the Box, totally up to par. I headed on down the Interstate enjoying my tacos and poppers. read more

If I could give no stars to this place I would, we stopped by on our way to San Antonio, the rude lady in the drive through rolled her eyes at my daughter for asking for lettuce and tomato on her jr bacon chz burger, we had ordered it dry as well, get back in the car and it's smothered in mayo. My husband is in there again having them fix for the 3rd time....my advice go to Mc Donald's down the street or any where but here and if you see that rude older lady at the drive through, pass on the message to be nicer to her customers and their children. It was 11:30 PM and being an essential worker, I had just worked 16 hours, this place open - well we get to order window and cashier is extremely rude, not sure if she being like that because of the protest. I stopped by for a quick breakfast. The drive though was fairly quick, which was contradictory to the previous reviews. The staff was very friendly, they made my day! I would come back just because of how great the staff was. The food was typical for fast food, I did try the new brunch items and have to say they were pretty good. Overall I would say a solid B+ ! After being closed so many times by the health department you would think they would keep the place clean. Walked in the door and almost slipped in the floor. I ordered two shakes in the drive through, one strawberry and one chocolate. When they arrived at the pickup window, neither one had been mixed. (Both still had a half inch of syrup on the bottom and the rest of the shake was still white.) I mentioned it to the girl serving me, and she said they had indeed been mixed, and have a nice day. That was it. No apology, no offer to make it right. Not only was the service terrible (what ever happened to "the customer is always right?") but the manager was standing right behind her, watching and listening to the whole thing, and never stepped in or commented at all, except to also wish me a nice day. No lights on in the dining area at 8am. ------ guessing they thought I wouldn't notice the unwashed tables and floors. First I only tapped a star because I had to in order to give a review. I just left this Jack In the Box.....without eating. After getting my mom (who is in a wheelchair out of the car and into the restaurant) we where told it would be just a minute. This is at 10 p.m. we checked the hrs on the door before we got my mom out of car sign says lobby open until midnight and drive 24 hrs. As we waited to be helped all we could hear was employees complaining about orders coming through in the drive through. Then we were told by the same employee that told us it was going to be a min that the restaurant closed at 10 and we'd have to go through the drive through. Obviously we left without food.....without going through the drive through....and will never go back!!!!! read more
