I am a cheese enchilada snob and this is one of the best around.: soft, gooey and sauced with an exceptional orange-colored sauce. I could eat a bowl of the sauce all by itself. The bean and cheese burrito was a pretty good size for the value size. However, the beans were very plain. Not much seasoning. I wont let this detour me. It was late and just an off night. I have really enjoyed coming here on all my past visits. Their food is savory and delicious... their latest Taco Tuesday prices for street tacos are only $1.50 each!

The chicken was juicy, flavorful, and clearly grilled, but the rest of the soup just didn't taste good to me. I wonder if it was because they added pico de gallo? Besides the chicken and pico, it contained tortilla strips and some type of cheese throughout. I let our server know, and he seemed to agree that adding pico might be the reason the tortilla soup isn't a customer favorite. I appreciated that he listened and was honest about it. I already know the Shrimp Mazatlán is delicious because it's one of my favorites. However, now that I'm finally coming back after being away for more than a year, I've made it my goal to branch out and try more items on the menu. The tortilla soup may have been a miss for me, but one disappointing dish definitely isn't enough to keep me from returning. They have a huge menu with 15 meat choices to choose from. And despite offering a variety of dishes, they maintain both quality and yummy factor. Menu includes salad, breakfast and tortas. Fountain drinks, bottle drinks and horchatas for drinks. Free chips and salsa bar with at least 5 salsas to choose from: creamy jalapeno, habanero, 2 reds and a tomatillo. Big dining area. Nice friendly staff. Even though it's a sit yourself type of resto, the staff are going around to check on the diners if they need anything or to take empty plates away. Good deal for the price, portion, quality and yummy factor.

I love jack in the box, but this is the worst one I have ever seen. I ordered my food from a grumpy employee while some other employees were having an argument in the kitchen and one looking at his phone. After waiting about 20 minutes, one of the employees asks if i am waiting for food, which i replied yes and repeated my order. Apparently they never even started my order or another person waiting either, so I just got a refund and went to KFC. The place was also very dirty and I was actually concerned about eating something from here in fear of getting sick. I don't like to leave negative reviews but people need to be aware of this place and stay away. read more

To whom it may concern. I suggest if you don't want to end up like Carl's Jr. down the street, send an undercover person to observe the crew you have at this point in time. The woman who I am feeling kind of sorry for is blind and can't see the receipts or fill the orders for people in a timely manner. Sorry to say, but I think she is on drugs, some kind of crack, or uppers. but just don't take my review for it. A stealth observer would be the thing I would suggest to determine whether this crew will benefit your store in the future. And, if it was my store, the whole crew would be fired with exception of the Hispanic cook in the back. read more
