Hello, I just wanted to note that the night crew on Monday might need some extra help... idk but I work fast food and kitchen normally goes fast but I'm only saying that since I only had jr bacon cheeseburgers nothing on fryers, so I'm not sure what took so long (waited 15mins). I've had the jr bacon cheeseburgers before at this location so maybe the crew just needs some motivation. Also my burger bun was cold and cheese un melted so I'm pretty sure it wasn't heated before. Walked to the jack's restaurant to buy food... door was closed by 9 pm while dining room hours are till 11pm.. lazy employees who don't wanna work should just find a different job.. good thing is if they are that lazy you can only imagine how the cleanliness of the kitchen and quality of food would be.. low rating of the restaurant makes sense... employees can complain about pay if they are closed turning away customers, especially next to a truck stop. Extremely unprofessional establishment open signs on at 1:50 in the morning, but once you pull up to the ordering speaker, they tell you that they're closed even though the open sign is still on happens multiple times over the course of weeks, unsure of what exactly the issue is as they're posted hours online differ from their actual hours posted on the store It's frustrating as a nighttime worker to pull up to one of the very few places that are claim that they are open to not be able to order food when you need it. read more

Ordered in the app for the first time. 2 jumbo jack cheeseburgers for $5. The meat was a bit dry. Neither of the burgers had cheese on them. Very disappointing I should've checked before I left, but customers shouldn't need to. They weren't busy. The parking lot is busy, I assume, because of the liquor store next door. read more

We arrived at 7:50pm in DT. After waiting 10 mins to watch only 1 car move, we went onto the app where option of pickup or DT was given. We placed order for pickup and went to door where another guest was let in while.me and 2 other guests were ignored for several minutes before being told we'd have to go through DT. By this point my order had been placed 30 mins earlier. I asked the lady who let the other guest in to cancel since it wasn't worth it to wait to pickup old food. She just told me sorry and shut and locked door in my face. I would have gone to either of Carl's Jr 3mins away if my money when I requested. read more

Out of towner, this was my first Jack in the Box experience. The spicy chicken and the good good spicy sauce was YUM! The green Chile burger was also delicious - good good spicy sauce compliments this as well. I'll be back next time I'm in town. read more

They were out of curly fries yet they suggested them. They were out of tiny tacos. The employee at the window who interacted with us wore his mask down below his chin. Great breakfast burritos any time of the day or night. Have fallen in love with "dressed" tiny tacos. So good. I had delivery and the food part of my order was perfect. Hot, delicious, really good. Only 4 stars because I asked for many, many packets of hot sauce for 6 burritos and did not get even one little packet. I had low expectations for jack in the box, but they surprised me. I had the new burger called the buttery jacks portobello mushroom burger and it blew my mind. If you don't care about calories then it's delicious...if you do then you're out of luck I'm sure. The place was clean and neat and well kept. Bonus points for having a cola machine. Not busy at all, 1 other family(they were seated and eating) ours, and a single man (seated and eating)We stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes before someone came up to take our order. Meanwhile, we are watching 4 people in the kitchen doing whatever they were doing and apparently one lady working the drive-thru and the counter. We had the southwest salad, which was good. The brand new touch screen soda machine was broken, staff failed to inform us of this. So they hand us the soda cups only for us to return back to counter to have them fill the soda from the soda behind the counter. As we were leaving we heard another customer at the counter say, " hello? Are you taking orders up here?" McDonalds is right down the road, just friendly FYI. read more

I don't know if it was because they were busy or not this morning but when I came and started ordering in the drivethru the employee started IGNORING ME half way through. I thought she was putting in my order but after a minute passed I said "excuse me can I continue my order" Her response was just "yeah". When I got to pay as I was pulling out my card which took a total of 3 second I guess she decided I was taking to long and shut the window. My friend and I went in on a Sunday afternoon. The shop was not busy. The crew looked like they could've be related. Service was terrible because they where more worried about socializing then helping out or selling anything. By the time they got to me they where rushing me what I wanted. It was a darker skinny Hispanic girl that took off as soon as my order was placed and did not acknowledge my friend and left us hanging. The only one that seemed to do work was the cook and she still didn't put well a breakfast burrito together. Horrible service. A simple meal was ordered and we're told to pull forward and an employee will bring out the food. We waited for *literally* 10 minutes on this food. There was maybe 4 cars in the parking lot, not super busy. I finally went into the restaurant to get the food, and saw them pull out already made food sitting in the warmers. WTF. Then, on top of that, the girl up front wanted to blame miscommunication on the "waiting spot."
