Does the staff (later I found out she was the in-house supervisor) have the right to yell to patrons? 2) Walked-in to sign-up for one day event in the morning around 10am. The same in-house supervisor just walked in as well. Then a senior Asian man hand delivered a cup of hot coffee to her only. She didn't acknowledge (a smile or say thank you) but accepted as this had been a daily morning ritual in the office. I was shocked and puzzled. Where is the integrity of the county employee!?
