Patients are expected to arrive on time, and if a patient were 40 minutes late, the appointment would likely be canceled or need to be rescheduled. However, when the physician's clinic is running 40 minutes behind, the patient is simply expected to wait. I understand that unexpected delays can happen in a physician's office, but 40 minutes is a significant amount of time, and patients' schedules should be respected as well. At a minimum, patients should be informed when there is a substantial delay and given an estimated wait time. Casa Colina Physician's Clinic should hold itself to the same standard of punctuality and respect for time that it expects from its patients.

He rudely pointed for me to turn around and get out, which is what I was trying to do. What a jerk! I had to park on a side street about 300 yards from the front entrance. (I am 78 years old.) At least I was able to sign in on the computer by myself this time and didn't have to deal with the young rude Hispanic woman at the front desk. (I dealt with her during my last visit in August.)

The staff also wears gloves when handling bodily fluids or when touching patients. There are some hand sanitizers available for patients to use. This place is open and available with limited capacity. They are sanitizing in between patients. I mention these things in my reviews for the sake of protecting immunocompromised people like the elderly and people sick with cancer and other illnesses. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was here in this establishment today, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is pretty big since they share the lot with several other medical offices. Each parking space is pretty wide. You should have no issues with finding parking. Establishment: The establishment itself is very clean, neat, tidy, and organized. Staff: The amazing Dr. Tim Chen was super informative, knowledgeable, kind, friendly, compassionate, patient, attentive, reassuring, thorough, and respectful. He did a great job with my procedures. I didn't feel anything hahaha. Well, that is also thanks to my wonderful anesthesiologist / anesthetist, Camille. My dad was a bit upset because when he went to pick me up, apparently there was no one in the front office because of some sort of maintenance that was going on in the office. He waited like 5 - 10 minutes before he was instructed by the maintenance person to go to the back door. At the back door, he also waited another 10 minutes before the maintenance guy went into the building and he snuck in behind the maintenance guy to ask a nurse about me. He said he just felt frustrated that he had to resort to sneaking in behind a maintenance guy in order to get into the building to pick me up. He thinks there should have been a sign in the front office directing people to go to the back door to pick up their loved ones. Anyways, sorry if my father offended anyone. Overall, a 10/10 experience. If I had to do this again, I would come back to this place. Highly recommend coming here. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum.

We are all nervous and anxious about the procedure. First of all, they are ON TIME. We did not wait long for our appointment at all. And you know you are in professional hand because basically they are just specialized in doing this exact thing. The nurses are all extremely caring and warm. I was care for by 3 different nurses today, each is very patient and checking on me all the time. Staff and doctor are all very knowledgeable and explain to me in detail about what would happened. Unlike my first colonoscopy (which I woke up in the middle of it because of insufficient or ineffective sedation), this time I woke up feeling well and recover well. They contracted with Kaiser. I would 100% pick to go here for a Kaiser patient. (I saw someone say don't pick here for Kaiser..... if you ever did a colonoscopy with Kaiser, you would not say so) Highly recommended!

I've been served at any of the facilities at which I've stayed. The nurses and the nurses assistants are amazing. If I were to name names, the list would include everyone. The same observation can be made of the administrative staff and the Physical Therapists. They all have gone above and beyond to make my stay nothing short of amazing. I've been well informed of my program and progress the whole time I've been here.

Apparently this is a bad place to go see a dentist to begin with if they have to have a security guard there. A simple "yes sir, well see about getting that printed out on paper for you to sign." This hospital was a nightmare. My husband checked in to have tests done for DVT. They did an…read moreX-ray of his chest because he was also having difficulty breathing. He had a slight case of pneumonia and they started him on IV antibiotics. The woman who came in to draw blood was well into her senior years with a pronounced tremor. The result was that she couldn't hit a vein and stabbed around in his arm for several minutes. Supposedly, they called in a cardiologist because they were concerned about his heart rate. The cardiologist NEVER actually saw my husband. On Saturday, our primary care doctor, who had visited my husband each day, said he could go home. 3 hours later, the nurses were still busy bickering back and forth about who would actually work that day. We had asked several times how his discharge was going, but they waited 3 hours to tell us that this imaginary cardiologist had to come by and sign off on his discharge too. We then told them that cardiologist was NEVER hired as my husband's cardiologist, that my husband already has a cardiologist, and that this new one lied about actually seeing the patient. I actually had to threaten to call the police to have my husband released. Then the nurse shredded my husband's arm while removing the IV. In the pictures, it's the one that looks like raw hamburger. The other picture is his other arm where the earlier nurse bruised it so badly stabbing for a vein. For 2 entire days, another patient down the hall was screaming in pain. In my opinion, this hospital is a scam to rake in Medicare money. I wouldn't trust them to put a bandaid on a paper cut. Follow-up: The doctor left orders for them to call in a prescription for an antibiotic to our pharmacy. They said they had done it. They lied. We called the pharmacy the next day and they hadn't received anything. We called the hospital and they said "Call your doctor." We've been getting run in circles by them for another hour the day after he was discharged. If you value your life and wellness. Stay away from this place!
