He spent over an hour with me, reviewing my medical records and testing me. He gave me an accurate diagnosis and relieved my mind of worry. He is an exceptional doctor and I appreciate his care. In this day and age, how many doctors will come in to their office to see a patient on their day off! Thank you Dr. Wolff. Jennifer B.

Spacious enough, lots of rooms, waiting area has tv on, but wished they had music in the examining rooms. Thin walls, seems every place is like this.... I could hear every ailment of my neighbors. Doesn't help they are old so they also speak loudly. This neurologist is friendly, warm and prides in taking time with each patient. That he does. You won't feel rushed, you def feel like he cares. It is a husband and wife team here too, very efficient. Doctor types right into the computer and sends descriptions directly to the drug store so you don't need to deal with anything more. Tip: Paperwork for new patients is thick, as other places, however, come at your appointment time. Not 30 minutes before like other clinics expect . I was told to come early from someone on the phone, yet then had to wait awhile. I would definitely return if I had to. Three wishes, is that they had water in the waiting area, that they recycled and had music in the rooms.

After a few years I decided I could return and was told I would have to start over as a new patient and couldn't get in for EIGHT MONTHS. I resigned myself to the fact that I would have to make the appointment and wait although I was in extreme pain. After waiting the required time and within a week of my appointment I received a phone call telling me that "the doctor wouldn't be in on the day of my appointment" and that I would have to wait an additional THREE MONTHS to see a doctor unless I wanted to see a PA...but that was TWO MORE MONTHS! I accepted the appointment with the PA as I was desperate to get in, but after reflecting on it decided that this was not the kind of care I was looking for. I feel that maybe they could have titrated their appointments out so that people who had been waiting so long to get in wouldn't have to wait so much longer. I cancelled the appointment and after a year now of waiting I am moving on to another practice. Put this practice on your back burner.

My father, who recently moved from another state made his appointment months in advance for a "first or introductory appointment." Usually, when you have a first appointment the patient gets established with their "New Dr"... we waited over an hour to be seen but the very well written sign on the door says that Dr Baldinger takes his time with his patients and their care very seriously, that often he runs over his time. Great! You'd think he is eager to meet a new, and future repeat client. He walked into our room, grabs a stethoscope quickly off the counter, turns his back and says "Be right with you..." and walked out of the room. We waited another 15 minutes... he walked in and instead of introducing himself tells my dad to move off the main table to a chair. Then says, "What medications are you using?" He was short, very impersonable, and certainly did not "take his sincere time with his patients." Wait, gets better. So we leave, he doesn't tell us what direction to check out. We walk up to the front and the lady with fluorescent pink hair was SO RUDE. I was talking to my dad, and she must have been confused because she thought I was talking to her. So the lovely gem raised her voice. Sondra you deserve a raise, and a better group of people to work with.
