Their front desk crew at this location are some of the rudest people I've ever came across in my entire life. Don't believe me you could check all the other Google reviews about how the front desk crew is condescending here and rude to their patients. I had an appointment for 9:45 AM. They confirm my appointment the day before and then when I showed up for my appointment they claimed they left a voicemail on my phone canceling my appointment. I had no voicemail on any of my phones or any missed calls from the doctors office not only did they cause a huge inconvenience for me that day, but they were rude and raised their voice at me. They said there were double booked that day and then they could not see me and there was not a single soul in their waiting room. After I left, I called the other office on college Parkway and they got me in right away that same day. Today I tried to login to look at my medical records for blood results only to find out that I've been discharged from the practice that I've been going to for all of my life. The office ladies lied to the doctor and made up a fake story about how I created a disturbance and cursed at them in the waiting room. They all ganged up on me when I was there and that's not how it went down at all. Not sure how the doctor can just take the receptionist word for it and do something like that without even hearing the other side of the story. This location also lost my blood work 3x in a row.
