Patients should simply not be treated this way, they are customers, deserve respect, and truthfully pay your paycheck. Most outstanding in my mind is when I went in recently to have a troublesome nail removed and he told me he would not do it because he could not find a pulse in my ankle. He immediately referred me to a radiologist where it was revealed that I had a 90% blockage in my left leg. An angioplasty two weeks later solved the issue. Dr. Grillo's diagnosis and subsequent referrals to both the radiologist and surgeon probably saved me from massive complications on down the line. I will always be grateful for his care and I am glad he is on my personal health team.
