We felt talked down to and unwelcome, which is honestly the opposite of what you expect when you're just trying to browse and make a purchase. There was no reason for the attitude, and it really left a bad impression. Customer service matters, and this experience completely turned me off from wanting to come back. I could walk in from the street, but the nearly face planted in a door that was supposed to open automatically. An employee came over and unlocked one of the doors, earbuds in her ears, apologizing while explaining she was on a phone call or something. She was immediately all too eager to let me know the store closes in than 20 minutes. Yeah, I could tell. It's a huge pet peeve of mine when stores try to shut down shop during their opening hours. Your store hours you close at 9:00p, not 8:37. There's a Michaels on the other side of town I've only been to a couple of times but even with the automated self check out there, people there I think are much friendlier it might be worth the drive next time.
