    They can't get orders right. There is constantly something wrong with it. We ordered parents' gifts…read moreand I ordered a gift for my husband for our wedding. Gifts are sloppy for the amount of money you pay. The gift from my husband was a locking box - and while beautiful, it reeked of gross glue - still does. Our dad's gifts were pocket watches in engraved boxes. Both boxes had the engraved plate falling off and wouldn't stay in place. Even the replacements came with the engraved plate fallen off already. Our mother's gifts were music boxes. Both came with yellow glue all over (off-white felt inside) and messy. We had replacements made. The glue was better but not perfect. For how much money we spent, it should be pretty darn perfect. We settled with what we got and that was fine. TR ended up refunding some of our money because of all the troubles. Also, we weren't able to have our parents gifts to them until after the wedding because of the issues. Next, the watch I ordered for my husband was gorgeous, but ran about a half hour fast every couple hours. They sent us a new one... but the engraving was different (enlarged and with lots of spacing). I emailed again, this time two customer service agents replied. One said she would use the pic I sent of the original and compare it before sent out. The other said to take it into a store nearby to get it engraved correctly. When the next watch came in the mail and it was still incorrect, we went into the store (with the original watch and the incorrect replacements). I left the original for comparison when engraving a new watch. They handed me the original saying that was the new one (which I knew it wasn't because we had taken links out to fit my husbands wrist). They said they would have to call the main whatever to get the ok to do this as many replacements had already been made. We had no contact back from them whatsoever, leaving me to call 1-2 times each week to check up on the status. The last time I called a few days ago, I was asked "can we call you back in an hour?" No call back was received (I had already verified my number with them many times before because of the lack of communication). We decided to go in the store yesterday to check the status. The employee, while working with another customer, asked us how she could help. Once we hardly said a word, she knew who we were and our situation. She stated a new one was being sent to our address and to arrive Monday (today). I asked about the original and engraved box and she stated that was all sent back to the warehouse as new ones were being made. This upset me as I was never informed this was going to happen and that was the original that I gave my husband when we got married and now it's gone! Also, we have moved - so we told the employee that and she took our new address saying they would send a new one to our new address. This could have been avoided had they communicated with me! Well, our old rental happened to contact us, so I got the watch and box today - and the box is not engraved! And the watch engraving is still incorrect. Upon contacting customer service when I got home, this lady seemed competent and said she would send the pic of the original to her supervisor with our new order (using our new address). She said they would get it right. I hope so! We will wait and see! Until then, I can only give TR 1 star (if that). The Meridian Location probably doesn't even deserve that. (The one time we went in, the employees were 10 mins late to open the store!) Maybe main customer service deserves more stars (3 total?), especially this last lady and the people I dealt with earlier this summer/fall with our parents' gifts.
