The selection is fabulous. We always get great service and they have what our county will allow. We always stop on our way through and spend way too much!! read more

We went to Jab's Mega fire works they had a great selection and I liked the fact that beside most of the fireworks they had a TV monitor where you could actually see what you're buying in action. I thought that was very cool and they were very generous at checkout as they were giving away other fireworks, depending on the amount of money you spent I was not expecting that at all! I am really looking forward to New Year's now and returning back in in July for more celebrations read more

I walked in with a attitude like "They not finna have nothing but stuff that go, Pop!". Nah, they got stuff that go POP! They've even got some stuff that goes SNAP! But of you come to this location. I bet you don't just leave with some sparklers. Cuz they got POW, KAPOW, BOOM, and KABOOM stuff too...lls They even got hybrid BOOM-BLAM-KERPLOWEE stuff, and KABOOM-CRACK-CRACKLE-KAZAAM! Or you can step your game up to the ones that be like BOOSCH-KABLAMMY-POW!!!! or KABASH-BLOOM-BLOOM-KABLOOEY! Let's just say my forth of July [in Pennsylvania] is finna be LIIIIIIIIIIIIIT! Even gotta truckers discount when the lady at the counter saw my CDL. Staff was super friendly, store was easy to navigate. Every aisle pretty much has a T.V. that'll show you what the good ones do. The more "just because I wanna be destructive" stuff if on the front wall near the register, and the smoke bombs are on the back aisle at the bottom if you just wanna be extra. The stuff you could've gotten in maryland is in the back left, but has some low key gems if you look through it. We were definitely NOT disappointed! Even got some free rockets with our purchase. read more

Jabs Fireworks - Fireworks Near Me - Dillon, South Carolina

Hi I'm from New York and I travelled to your lovely state of South Carolina for a good friends wedding and I had the very important job of putting on a fireworks display for her big day. Little did I know that there was so many different fireworks stores in this state. So I started researching all the different fireworks at all the different stores. When I finally got to Jab's catalog, the first firework I saw was one called throat punch. Long story short we lost a good friend that was too young to pass and she would always joke around telling us she would throat punch us . So I took that as a sign from my friend in heaven to go to Jab's for the show. boy was she right. The fireworks I got were amazing. The prices were great and the staff that works there is knowledgeable and amazing. I will be back for many years to come. read more

We went two weeks before July 4th lots of inventory. The prices did go up somewhat within the two weeks apart. I told my husband to let's get our merch the first time we went. However, we waited til July 3rd it was packed to the max low inventory long lines price increases. But that's the price you pay for waiting. The staff was helpful apologetic and friendly. Military discounts. Private parking. Updated store making for more floor space more inventory out on shelves. Two packs we bought $230 last 1 hr. Our boys were happy and that's all that matter. I've always done business with JABS. read more

This place was so cool! Im from Cali and fireworks are illegal there which really sucks. I walk in and am like, damn its like costco for fireworks. The employee laughed. They asked what I was looking for I said I had no idea because I havent been able to do fireworks in Cali in over 25 years. But we went with friends who have lived here for a while. Of course once you move here you wont ever go back to liberal Cali. So we went down each isle. Yes very pricey. But my friend was like a kid in a candy store. He just kept adding stuff in the cart saying, ok thats it, but then getting more, haha. read more

For the selection and staff, this is a must go. Very nicely organized into different sections and displays at each aisle showing the fireworks as they get set off...just see what you like on the TVs and pick em out in the aisles. The staff was very very helpful. No attitudes, just tell them what you're looking for and they'll put you in the right direction. Offer military discounts as well. read more

I didn't travel with my camera on this trip, and I really hated that when I saw this business all lit up at night coming off the interstate. My visit was the next day. I have to admit I know nothing about fireworks, especially living in the limited legal fireworks state of North Carolina. One of the clerks was most helpful. I mentioned that I would be buying fiireworks for a North Carolina teenage boy. The clerk immediately took me to a section of the store and said "this section has legal fireworks for NC." He also asked about how much I wanted to spend on fireworks, and when I told him the amount, he grabbed a shopping basket, made several selections he thought a teen would enjoy, and the total was $ .15 over the amount I said. I appreciate a clerk that knows the merchandise. The store was clean and helpful clerks were abundant. Fireworks range in price and packaging sizes so you will find something for your budget and the size show you desire. read more

Over the years, I've been in several fireworks places thanks to my husband's obsession with his own shows. (Can't complain-- I love seeing them!) This is by far the best store I have been in. Their prices are fantastic! It doesn't have that creepy (sex offender-like) vibe that so many places have. Even their bathrooms were clean. There are big LED TV screens hanging from the ceiling every few steps that play videos on loops of the displayed fireworks. This REALLY helped us make a decision, knowing exactly what I was buying. The place is huge and they have the selection to fill it. We got a ton of product and we are definitely going to have an awesome 4th! read more

When you are traveling South on 95 there are many choices... yes, many, many choices. If you are looking for Fireworks, this is your only one. do not stop at the first one... keep going and stop at Jabs. Sure there are other places that have giant rockets outside and have a sombrero... But, they will not compare with the add ons and extras you will get if you stop at Jabs. "The Good" - The Staff, its run by college kids. College kids use fireworks, College kids know fireworks... ask them for the cool stuff and you will have some of the best Fireworks ... ever. Oh yeah... by College kids, I mean professional explosive engineers. - Very reasonably priced compared to other locations in the area. - Insanely ridiculous selection, if you can think about it... its here. They have stuff you don't even know you need. "The Meh" - Nothing meh to comment on. "The Bad" - Nothing bad at all to comment on. read more

Hadn't been here since I was a kid and it did not disappoint! Visited the location on the northbound side of 95 tonight. It was a little smaller, but you wouldn't know it based on the available inventory. The staff was so knowledgeable and friendly. Ms. Williamson knew everything product, it's specs and where to find it on the shelves. The younger gentleman working with her was also helpful. The prices were good and the restrooms were very clean. Couldn't ask for more from a fireworks purchasing pitstop. read more

Hubby and I pulled up to Fireworks Superstore going into SC from GA. There weren't any other customers but 3 employees. Not 1 greeted us or ever looked our way. We had questions but we just didn't feel welcome. We left and went to Jabs. Omg WHAT A DIFFERENCE. What a helpful and welcoming crew. My husband was wearing a USMC shirt. The ladies went as far as to ask him if he was military and gave him a 15% discount!!! Just a great place to shop for big kid toys. read more

Spent over $400 bucks. Got so much fireworks. This was my first time buying my own fireworks and I have to say they had isles in this store filled with different types of products on the shelves. There were so many I started feeling so lost and didn't know what to think of how each one looked after lighting one off. But then after trying to think and imagine, I notice all the flat screens around. They have so many flat screens showing each firework and like a little show to represent the firework so you can see what it's like. So after seeing the shows of each of the fireworks on different tv screens I definitely felt more comfortable and had a better idea of which one does and the different designs and colors of the firework after they shoot up into the sky. So then I got to choose the fireworks with my Wife that we both agreed on and the ones that we liked a lot. After spending a certain amount at the register up front we got a deal with a certain amount of percent off for being over a certain amount. So we got $40 bucks free to spend and got to choose more fireworks for free with in that $40 free for that discount. It was awesome. So the more you spend the more discount you get I think. I really liked that deal. Anyways my wife and I had a fun time at this shop and exploring all the different isles in the store with all the different fireworks that they were selling. My wife and I had an awesome fun experience. read more

Whenever I go down south, one of the highlights is buying fireworks. After reading the reviews here, I decided to make a stop here. So glad I did. Yes, they have a huge assortment of explosives, but the best part of buying here is the staff. I spent more time just chatting than I did looking at the dizzying array of goodies. I got a little carried away and spent twice what I had planned. This will sure be a hell of a Fourth! I can't wait. read more

Based on the reviews I figured I would give Jabs a try. The selection and layout of the store is excellent. They have a lot of flat screen tv's in the store which I paid no attention to. The prices are very good and the store clean with plenty of shopping carts and parking. There were 2 senior citizens working there when I went and the bathroom was clean. read more

An extensive selection of fireworks. Loud ones, colorful ones, sparklers, you name it, I'm sure they have it. Super friendly staff, willing to help and answer any questions. Great staff and the prices are much better than the competition. I stopped by South of the Border's fireworks shop (because it was a known quantity) but they were out of a few types of fireworks that I wanted to get. I took a chance with Jabs, and they turned out to be better in every way: cheaper, nicer staff, cleaner bathrooms, better stocked, and they offer a military discount! I highly recommend Jabs FIreworks off exit 193 in Dillon, South Carolina. And no, I'm not affiliated in any way, I am just a happy customer and wanted to get the word out. read more

Love this place. As suggested in another post, the staff was very good at helping us to find everything we were looking for and making great suggestions for other things we might like. Jeff in particular had loads of great firework stories for many of the items they sold and was fun to listen to. They had monitors everywhere showing the products in action and that helped tremendously. Almost a whole row dedicated to one of my favorites (Saturn Missile batteries). All of the staff along with the truly great prices make this the place to go for fireworks. read more
