I've never seen such an inept company and their "supply" procedures…read moreEvery single month its something else that is a problem with your company. Ranging from "We've never sent that to you" - Except they have for over a year now? To "We don't have an order for that" even though you do (and return calls usually produce it )and they sent it already the preceding months? Now, when you call to order the ship date keeps getting pushed back a few days every month. When you only send a 30 day supply - You Are endangering your consumer who DEPENDS ON YOU to provide his services. ON TIME! When the doctor orders something you Do NOT WAIT until the next month to ship it. If you are considering this company - - look elsewhere. We Are Stuck because they bought out All the local companies and there is Not another in my area now. bThat dos Not mean we have to like it thought. Customer support is limited to those very few individuals who actually care and try to get what we need. As far as supply deliveries. Inconsistent. THEY regularly change/send products to something you Can NOT use . Then when you finally get it straight, NOW you can not reorder it until their screw up date? I actually see what you get paid. I PAY for our insurance so we get statements telling us the exorbitant amount you charge them for wishy washy service. Please get your girls to look further than the last order when we are talking to them about refills. Its pretty sad that I have a list of CORRCT Item numbers and we have to check against what they are ordering for us. The Orders USED to be automatic, came properly and regularly. unless we or the doctor told you it was no longer needed. Order date was the 4th for months. Then (oops) we call and you do Not order. Even though you claimed you did. Insurance did not see an order. We did not get a delivery. SO, We call back and THEN you send it. Now we can not get back to everything on the 4th? Im out of pocket picking up Your slack? Not so much as an apology. NOT my fault you sent the wrong or NO stuff we can use. You did get paid for it. I ask to send it back so someone who needs it can get it. No, You don't do that. "Donate it locally" is my answer? I would like to say something nice here. To those girls who work With us, I thank you every so gratefully. We know you and you know we are thankful. My recommendation guys is you get a real supply specialist in there who can keep up with all the little towns you keep acquiring. Because your business doesn't seem to have kept up with your growth. Since there is no real "Manager or Supervisor" to talk to about any of this. I have put it here so that Maybe someone who can fix it will take notice. Stop endangering my family with your practices of late / No deliveries. There is one now, Its not an optional thing your claiming. It is important. It can be life threatening without it... When you need 45 of something in a month - 12 - will not do! I covered December. I do Not wish to do that again. I do not get reimbursed for this. We are trying to stay OUT of the ICU thank you. Pull it together quickly please

Employees are friendly and helpful. The store has a low stock cause they were bought out by another…read morecompany recently. Still worth checking out just don't get mad at the employees for the low stock, they seemed bummed about it too.
